Creative ways to punish a 14 year old for sneaking out and drinking?

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 10:32 pm

My teenage daughter and her friend sneaked out from the friend’s house, drove with a teenage boy to another town, drank alcohol, and was caught by a highway patrolman who, luckily, is a local and just called the parents instead of hauling them in. To top it off, I had called her twice in the evening to make sure they had no plans (with the girl’s parents of course) because my daughter had packed a “good” outfit and I found that odd if they were staying home. I should have listened to the little voice, but she assured me they weren’t going anywhere.

She’s been a good kid and this is her first real mistake, but it’s a big one in my book. Especially since I’ve preached to her about driving with some who is drinking and drinking in general since there are quite a few alcoholics in our family. I’m just so mad I could spit nails.

I’ve taken her cell phone, cut her off from the home phone and she will going nowhere except to school and places WITH ME. What else?

The Super Divine Powers Called Kundalini, Savitri and Gayatri

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 10:07 pm

The investigation of Kundalini (Divine Serpent Power) commences with the discussion of the philosophy of Gayatri Mahaprajna. Fundamentally Gayatri worship is an experiment of religious ideology and divine sentiments. In it self-research is given chief importance and by generating devotion through meditation/ concentration, the Brahmic consciousness is brought closer and one’s psyche gets interwoven in it. Whether you throw a lighted matchstick on a pile of wood or you throw burning wood on petrol; both actions are identical. The only difference is that via self-surrender and by undergoing Advait (union with God) one quickly sees miraculous results. Instead of total self-surrender even if there is some desire involved no doubt the car will slow down yet it will ultimately give us benefits. And yet one fails to become capable of benefiting others in the world. A swimmer may himself swim yet he is incapable of helping others cross the river like a boatman. This is the difference between desire-based Gayatri worship and desire less Gayatri worship. Through both type of effort, spiritual aspirants succeed in their own way.

If we dive deep into the philosophy of Gayatri worship we realize that our entire consciousness is influenced by the “seed of knowledge of the brain”. Its role is a major one with reference to bodily sustenance and social behavior. In a very elevated mental state this center is the fount of extrasensory potential (ESP) and it is over here that the blissful activity of uniting a creature with Brahman (God) i.e. attainment of the true human goal is achieved. Gayatri’s Brahmi-shakti (divine power) is also called Brahmarandhra, Brahmasansthan or Brahmaloka. The area that it influences it is wisdom consciousness. In a symbolic manner Gayatri is also called Brahmani or the wife of Brahma. Its power can be seen as Brahmadand (punishment) that overcomes the wicked and destroys pain and poverty in the material world. In the spiritual field its form has taken the shape of Brahmavarchas.

Over and above Gayatri worship there is worship of Savitri. Savitri worship is very much the material aspect of Gayatri. Power evolves with the help of energy. The 5 elements and the 5 vital forces of our body work as fuel and with its aid the inner fire is activated. This fire activation is Savitri worship. Despite there being a difference in Savitri and Kundalini (Divine Serpent Power) worship they have an equal stature.

According to Indian mythology Brahmaji had 2 wives. The first was Gayatri and the second was Savitri. Symbolically they are wisdom consciousness and material wealth. One is Para Prakriti and the other is Apara Prakriti. Para Prakriti encompasses mind, intellect, psyche, ego, Ritambhara Prajna (divine intellect) and all other areas of knowledge. The second wife Savitri is Apara Prakriti i.e. material consciousness and inert nature. All movements of matter are dependent on it. The revolution of molecules, influence of chemicals, electricity, heat, light, magnetism, ether etc. are under its jurisdiction. Material science by using all these apparatus comes out with infinite inventions so as to give us material comforts. This Apara Prakriti is Savitri. The Apara Prakriti of Savitri is responsible for the body functioning of all creatures and thus the world evolves. It is this power that directs Sattva, Rajas, Tamas, 5 elements, Tanmatras etc. Sidhis (divine powers) and boons are attained via this power of Savitri. Health, long life, might, enthusiasm, daring, beauty and other infinite special qualities are dependent on it. On the one hand it is widespread yet its main focal point is on the poles of earth (macro level) and the Mooladhar Chakra of the human spine (micro level). While performing spiritual practices this is also called Kundalini Shakti (Divine Serpent Power). All goals are attained by activating this power. Thus we can generate energy. On analyzing scriptural injunctions we understand that at certain places Savitri and Kundalini are said to be synonymous and wherever they are thought to be different, their spiritual practice and goal is also thought to be different. Yet one fact is eternal that the subtle creation of the body and the mode of awakening will always remain permanently the same. The difference ensues only when the reasons of usage of the power are varied.

Actually within Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga is superior. All spiritual practices like Naadi Shodhan (subtle nerve purification), Trinaadi Parimarjan (washing of the 3 subtle nerves), Shatkarma, Chakravedhan (traveling up the 6 Chakras or subtle plexuses) are such that along with meditation/concentration bodily exercises are also given importance. One has to imbibe the strange cycle of the vital force exercises in Pranayam. While activating Kundalini power Bandha, Mudra and Aasan (posture) are given due importance. But in pure Savitri worship one is limited to the periphery of the head region. Sahasrar Kamal (1000-petalled lotus), Brahmarandhra (center on the inner scalp region), materials in the brain are activated. The Brahmarandhra looks after the inner brain area and the external area is looked after by the third eye called the Ajna Chakra. But when spiritual practices of both Savitri and Kundalini are combined then the method of both becomes an admixture and the results too change accordingly. The spiritual practice which we are about to present here is of this variety. Hence we have discussed stepwise the principles and use of Gayatri, Savitri and Kundalini (Divine Serpent Power).

Whenever in the scriptures Brahma’s wife is described as one of these spiritual practices know for sure that it has to be taken symbolically. How can the family of a conscious power be like that of human beings? If anyone so wishes he can give the 2 special characteristics of the element fire viz. heat and light as the name of these wives. If this is unpalatable they can be called daughters. This is what is seen in the scriptures. At certain places Saraswati is called Brahma’s consort and at other places his daughter. Hence instead of looking at it as a gross worldly fact it should be accepted in a subtle symbolic manner. Soul power is Gayatri, material power is Savitri. The fruits of Gayatri worship involves advancement of soul consciousness, evolution of our character, working for great tasks, high thinking and endeavor for attaining liberation while yet living (Jeevan Mukti). As against this Savitri worship involves awakening of Kundalini (Divine Serpent Power) so as to overcome the latent, distorted state of vital force in the body via its activation. There are two streams of electricity i.e. positive and negative. Only when both unite is there a flow of energy. Only when Gayatri and Savitri conjoin can all the requirements of spiritual practices be realized. With Savitri worship one benefits not only materially but that with its merging with Gayatri worship, one’s soul power evolves too. This is the primary form of Kundalini worship. If it is hazy in our psyche, all efforts in this direction are futile.

In the field of spirituality the path of wisdom is called the Dakshin Marg. It is also called Nigam Rajyog, Ved Marg etc. The path of action is called the Vaam Marg, Agam, Tantra, Hatha Yog etc. All obstacles in its way are destructive. As a result there is chaos and destruction. None are happy to hear or read about the fights between demigods and demons. In fact reading it really agitates us. But when both parties together churned the ocean, all the latent wealth of the ocean was attained by both factions. Everyone knows that as a result of churning of the ocean they got 14 jewels. In the same way when Gayatri and Savitri worship are carried out together it is said to be of the level of cooperation between the demigods and demons.

When Shiva married Parvati, their loneliness was warded off. Through their union 2 sons were born. One was Sidhivinayak Ganesh and the other was Kartikeya, the destroyer of demons. One establishes righteousness and the other destroys unrighteousness. Ganesh blesses us with a divine intellect and Kartikeya, with power. Kartikeya has 6 faces. These are also called 6 Chakras (subtle plexuses). This Skand manifestation should be looked upon as the influence of the 6 Chakras related to Kundalini power (Divine Serpent Power).

Kundalini is nothing but the fire power dwelling in our genitals. Shiva in the form of Sahasrar Chakra (1000-petalled lotus at the top of our head) when activated, results in the outpouring of pollen honey which is Shiva’s “Retas” (semen). The fire power of Kundalini imbibed it. Six Kritikas (Pleiades stars) ripened it. These 6 Kritikas are the 6 Chakras. Kartikeya with 6 faces nourished by the 6 Kritikas should be looked upon symbolically as the influential result of the 6 Chakras.

What exactly are these 6 Chakras? Where and why do they exist? In which state do they exist? What is its utility? We will not go into great detail of all these questions. The nature of its utility and scientific analysis will be detailed later. Here we are delving into that Kundalini which is for those people who through the medium of material endeavor wish to attain higher states of soul consciousness. Such people are worshippers of divine energy and think that energy is more important. In the battle between demigods and demons, that energy attained by the demons was wasted by them in lowly activities and then by experimenting on Lord Vishnu or another higher soul power, it was subjugated. When Shakti (energy) worship unites with divinity only then does it succeed. Such attainments are eternal and from the long term point of view it proves beneficial for all living beings. The initial success of the demons witnessed by all was like the proverbial illusory mustard seed on the palm. Shukracharya was an expert of Kundalini Science. It was he who taught this science to his demon disciples. Brihaspati has been the preceptor of the demigods. By asking Yogis, men of penance and experiencers of Brahman to worship Gayatri he made them pious in character which was akin to that of demigods. He too taught them Kundalini Science yet his only intention was to augment piousness. Those knowers of the soul who had materialistic problems to overcome were asked to follow Savitri worship over and above primary education. It was by taking recourse to Savitri worship that Dadhichi, Bhagirath, Lomharsh, Shringi, Vishwamitra etc. could solve material problems. No doubt the ultimate goal was spirituality yet the path, rites etc. of the spiritual practice was changed as per needs. Even the likes of Arjun, Hanuman etc. had to calm mundane strife. Even they had to follow Savitri-Kundalini worship which was a materialistic endeavor under the aegis of spiritual science. Even my own spiritual penance was for this very reason and because I walked on the right path, I tasted success.

When Savitri and Kundalini worship are followed in unison the results are miraculous. Electricity works wonders in one flash of a second. Even a dead body is burnt quickly on electronic pyres whereas rice, lentils etc. take a longer time to cook on wooden fire. This path is best suited for one who does not want a spiritual downfall and yet quickly attain his/her goal with the help of a pious character. Pure Kundalini worship comes under the flagship of Tantra and Vaam Marg. When Gayatri, Savitri and Kundalini are combined this Yoga Path is predominantly the Dakshin Marg.

Predominantly the Lord as Varah, Nrisinh, Parshuram etc. has had to face troubled circumstances. Shiva is called Shiva Bholey Baba (innocent God) or Aughaddani (easy to please) but he too created Veerbhadra out of ire against Daksha Prajapati and thus destroyed Daksha’s arrogance. This is a very dire event and hence both activities of calming and killing are carried out.

Under specific circumstances incarnations of Goad and other highly advanced souls propel others to do this task so that their own power is not depleted. Vishwamitra was capable of protecting his own Yajna but in order that his own soul force does not get destroyed lest he manifest anger, he chose to ask the Kshatriya boys Ram and Lakshman to combat demons like Tadka, Subahu, Mareech etc. Vishwamitra taught Ram and Lakshman all skills of a true soldier and thus protected his Yajna with their help. Samarth Ramdas and Chanakya asked Shivaji and Chandragupt respectively to perform those tasks which could have been executed by them selves. The question here is that Brahman radiance is more valuable. This divine power should be protected for higher endeavors and not wasted in warding off strife. Thus with the aid of a combined Savitri and Kundalini worship one’s own and alien strife can be overcome and within limits of aptness, one’s wealth power too can be augmented.

With the aid of the power generated by a man following the path of austerities one can change not only others but also churn the subtle world atmosphere so as to transform it for the better. This is a fact. Like other 2 divine powers it can be transmitted to others too. One can ask for divine power from one who has attained it from austerities and thus use it for a higher purpose. This is like taking interest from banks. Just as a wealthy man always donates a part of his wealth to the needy so too a Yogi gives apart of his divine power to apt people who in turn overcome trying worldly circumstances and thus establishes world peace and brotherhood. In a family of previous times the breadwinner was one. Other members kept performing small tasks in the house but it was not necessary that they too earn their own wealth to take care of their requirements.

Awakening of Kundalini Shakti (Divine Serpent Power) is very complicated. It is like playing with lightning. As a result there are chances of losing one’s life too. While activating Kundalini if there is lack of proper guidance or capacity we have seen people turning mad too. Many were afflicted with palsy and many died too. If a person tries to learn car driving merely by reading books definitely he will land in deep trouble. Even a person who has learnt car driving will be very careful while driving a car and thus help co-passengers reach their proper destination. Over and above gaining knowledge of Kundalini awakening, attainment of Ridhi-Sidhi etc. one should not become hasty and think this endeavor to be very easy to follow. One should never awaken the Kundalini without the help of a true spiritual guide, Guru or preceptor. One may think himself to be very industrious in jumping the queue and marching ahead but know for sure that such an act is full of danger.

The reason why a very cautious discussion is made on the combined spiritual worship of Gayatri, Savitri and Kundalini is that today people are very much attracted to it. Because it’s a secret science there is a veil covering it. It is apt and very necessary to understand the principle, nature and social aspect of Kundalini Science. Because when such sciences disappear, an intelligent person attaining the rings of aphorism-directions will construct a chain according to his limited understanding. But if there is no clue at all rejuvenating such a science is very complicated. Hence there is no problem in imbibing important aspects of this science. The problem lies in experimentation. If an arrow of words reverses and makes your own voice its target the result is going to be death only.

By not accepting Kundalini worship as mere superficial rites one should understand that the seeker (Sadhak) should have proper credentials. There has to be a basic spiritual penance which has to be undergone and as far as its application is concerned, leave it in the hands of capable specialists.

How does this story make U feel drunk driver was illegal immigrant 75yo lay dead illegal been in trouble ?

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 10:07 pm

A frustrated family is speaking out after their mother was killed by an alleged drunk driver. They say they’ve learned the man was an illegal immigrant and has been in trouble with the law before. It’s all leaving them with questions about why he was allowed to stay in the country, in the first place.

Seventy-five-year-old Lola Jayne was a vibrant mother of eight, married for 58 years. She loved life but understood its dangers.

“My mom and dad would avoid going out on New Year’s Eve, you know, because that’s the time that everyone drinks and drives,” said her daughter, Shelia Reaser.

Yet at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, as she was driving on 21st Street to bingo, the driver of an oncoming car crossed the center line and hit her. She died the next day.

“This should never have happened, never have happened,” said Reaser.

The driver of that oncoming car was 25-year-old Baltazar Marquez, who police say was drunk.

“We’re all devastated and very disappointed in the system,” said another daughter, Linda Stilwell.

Jayne’s family has since learned Marquez was in this country illegally. He didn’t have a driver’s license or insurance. And he’s been pulled over before.

“Our feelings are why was he not deported at that point,” said Stilwell.

ICE, or Immigration and Customs Enforcement, tells KSN it relies on and encourages individual law enforcement agencies to inform them when they run across immigrants in this country illegally.http://www.ksn.com/news/local/36481294.html
How and why are illegals getting trouble with police with no one checking out just who they are and where they are from ? And we need open borders advocates claim for what more of this ?

How To Prepare Your Children For Graduation The Right Way

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 8:27 pm

Just a short few years ago, they were playing ball, learning to play a musical instrument, attending school functions and rolling around with the dog. Now that little person you love so dearly has grown to become a young adult. Before you know it, graduation is fast approaching and then off to college they go to begin a new life. A short time later, the college days are over and graduation comes around again only to start a new and interesting chapter in their lives.

How do you prepare your now grown child to face the world and graduation in a positive and rewarding way? What information could you give to them to help with life’s new challenges?

Graduation is a time of change and confusion. It is a time of reaching out and experimentation that can lead to a lifetime of good or bad choices. The world has a way of molding and shaping the new graduate into what they will become in their future lives, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

Mom, Dad, sister, brother, family or friend, it is up to you to help the new graduate start off on the right track in their life. I ran across some great information that allows you to be a part of that process in a positive way.

The last week or two before graduation, you should spend quality time talking with your graduate and helping them understand what they will face in the upcoming days ahead. By helping them take a more Christian view, they will be more prepared to make better decisions in the near future.

No matter what has happened in the past, it is time to mend the relationships and set a new course. Now would be the proper time to do this and help your graduate to prepare for the road ahead.

Here are a few subjects to cover.

1. Teach them to build a relationship with God. Sometimes because of the world or because of peer pressure, our children do not know how to build a personal relationship with God. They know how to read the words and show up in church, but they do not really have a personal relationship with Him. They do not feel it is okay to admit it to the world without retribution.

2. Teach them to keep focused on the truth. Because of worldly persuasion, children make important decisions based on their friend’s opinions. The choices made now can affect their lives permanently. They should know that decisions regarding drugs, sex and relationships should not be based on the opinions and ideas of inexperienced friends or peers. Guidance and prayer is needed more than anything in these areas.

3. Teach them to forgive. Forgiveness is such a hard thing to do, but carrying around all the baggage of past broken relationships will eat you up inside. It is time to mend those past relationships and let go. There are a lot of great ways to do this such as giving small gifts as peace offerings.

4. Teach them to remember God’s own sacrifice. God gave his only son, Jesus Christ, on the cross for each of our sins. Our children have to remember that since they were all afforded God’s grace, they should also have grace for others including themselves.

5. Teach them to be the light of the world. They do not have to hide their Christianity. You never know how much a kind word or a helping hand can affect someone with whom they come in contact. These kind acts can affect the lives of others forever. It is okay for them to shine and spread the good word. The light they shine onto the world will affect it in a positive way.

6. Teach them to have a change of heart. They should search to find things they need to get out of their lives. It could be too much TV, too much time on the Internet or not enough time reading the Bible or in church. They should search out things that can set them on the wrong path or waste their valuable time.

7. Teach them about God’s timing. They have to learn to have faith and remember their timing might not be God’s timing. They register for the course, purchase the books, attend class and then fail. What happened? Remember to teach them not to get discouraged but to have faith. Everything has a proper time and everything has a reason. When one door closes, another door opens.

8. Teach them to walk in God’s will. They will face all kinds of challenges. Everything will not go the way they think it should. While they may make decisions to go in one direction, God might be leading them in an opposite direction.

9. Teach them about temptations. Temptations will be present every day in their lives. With their newly found time and freedom, many new temptations will come. Temptations will appear in various and enticing forms. They must be prepared for the temptations and understand how to handle them.

10. Teach them to be armed with righteousness. Temptations will come in their thoughts and desires. Even though you cannot take the temptations away for them, you can teach them to put on their armor of righteousness. This will help them fend off the decisions they will make based on temptation. Righteousness is much more powerful than temptation once they understand it.

11. Teach them to keep their place. They have to learn what their place is in society based on a relationship with God. It is easy for them to get caught up in today’s society only for them to forget their focus.

12. Teach them the power of prayer. Sometimes our children forget how powerful prayer can be. The hustle and bustle of life can cloud the importance of their reliance on prayer. Any time there is a difficult or important decision to be made, they should always rely on prayer. God wants to help and guide them through each of their difficult times but only if they are communicating with him. Prayer works but only if they rely on it.

Tragedy and Kids – Talking to Kids About Difficult Topics

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 7:25 pm

In the recent months and years we have been faced with extreme

issues of tragedy: the attacks of 9/11, the tsunami in Asia, and the

extreme floods in New Orleans. It is hard enough for us as adults

to understand these tragedies; for children they can be extremely

overwhelming. But children do not just look at large disasters like

these as tragedies; sometimes, simple things in their lives are

tragic to them, even if we as adults don’t view them that way.

A child that loses a parent is, of course, going to view it as a tragic

event. But a child who finds out his parents are adopting a new

brother or sister can view that as a tragedy also. As adults, we

need to hone in on our children’s feelings and help them work

through their issues of tragedy and loss even if it is hard for us to

understand their views.

Some important ways to help a child deal with their feelings of loss

can include:

Talking – Let the child talk about what is bothering them.

Don’t just talk about the specific thing that they perceive as loss.

Let the child talk about all aspects of their life right now. Ask

questions and let them ask you questions.

Reassure – Don’t just tell them everything is going to be

fine. Talk with them about how things will be different and how by

working together you can make everything ok. Children need to

know the specifics. Let them explain what will make them feel like

everything is ok.

Routine – Try to keep their regular routine intact. Even if

some things have to change, try to keep as many routines as

possible.

Relax – Simple relaxation exercises like going for a walk, or

even just sitting in a quiet place with their eyes closed and taking

some deep breaths can help children feel more in control of their

emotions.

Fun – Kids need to have fun no matter what kinds of trauma

or loss they are dealing with. Offering a child some markers and

blank paper can really help them unload their feelings. Also, think

of physical activities like sports or just playing catch. It is easier for

a child to open up when they are concentrating on catching a ball

and not so worried about answering questions correctly or saying

the right or wrong things.

Pray – with them and for them. This is something that is one

of the most powerful things you can do with your child. Let them

see you pray and include prayer before you eat and at bedtime, no

matter what their age- kids need to know God is watching over

them. Attend services with them and help them prepare for the

day they are on their own and have to face hard times and

decisions as adults.

Children have to deal with stress, trauma, and loss in today’s

world; they just do it differently than adults. Instead of

concentrating on trying to get children to tell you what they are

feeling, concentrate on providing an open communication

environment. I take my daughter out on a “girl’s night out” each

week, just her and me for some fun, dinner and time away from

work and school. Even if she doesn’t feel like talking when we

start, it happens naturally and she looks forward to this one-on-

one time with mom.

Often, just feeling comfortable and being able to ask questions will

relieve the stress a child feels around an incident they are dealing

with. Remember, although there are huge tragedies in this world

today, a child may still view things in their own life as a tragedy or

a loss even if we as adults would not view it that way.

Mania, Causes and Treatment.Research based case history of mania patient

  • Posted on January 7, 2010 at 7:20 pm

Introduction

Mr. Y was 66 years old; father of five children visited me with his son. His son complained that his father (Mr. Y) is much aggressive (specifically with wife and all other female family members), talkative and having problem of sleeplessness. Although sometime he got episodic attack and during attack he looks very hopeful and energetic and his other problems disappear during attack. The duration of this kind of attack usually is 3 to 4 days and by the end of this attack again he got much aggressive, talkative and with sleeplessness. He has also strongly believes that he has some strong spiritual powers and no one can hurt him in this world. His previous psychiatrist diagnosed that he was patient of Mania.

 Assessment

I took some unstructured interview from him, his wife and his sons. I got some information from those interviews that they were not a well-settled family but belongs to a poor family. Mr. Y has a younger brother (still unmarried). Mr. y was just 4 years old when his mother was expired and his younger brother was just 2 years old at that time. There were only four persons in home but after the death of his mother, only father with two sons were left. His father used to go to his work being farmer so both child, my patient and his 2 years old younger brother remained in home alone without any elder person at home. After few months his father got married again with another women and her step mother started to misbehave from very beginning of joining there home as step mother. She used to misbehaved, insulted and even physically tortured both of them and sometime she tortured his younger brother to give patient mentally torture. Patient used to keep out of home with his younger brother and try to spend their most of the time on streets and masjids to escape from bad behavior of their step mother. But during they remained out side home, he used to face different remarks mostly sympathetic remarks about them that they have lost their real mother and now facing  a cruel step mother. By the passage of time, her mother succeeded to misguide her father also about them and their father also started to misbehave them with insulting and taunting behavior. At last the bad behavior of his father and his step mother towards patient and his younger brother force them to leave that house and they shifted to their real in laws grand mother (mother of his real mother) due to. After shifting he felt responsibility of his younger brother also and he did not want to make burden on their grand mother so he started to do labor work by his own at his early age to look after himself and his younger brother. He was got married when he was 30 years old and after marriage he got a chance to go abroad for labor work. He went abroad leaving his family in Pakistan and he struggled hardly to earn more income and when he came back after 3 years, he has handsome amount with him so he started to do his own business as contractor successfully. Now, his all child are well qualified except one who is running his business very well and others are also doing well in their life. He has two daughters and both are married and happy with their married life. Now Mr. Y is living with his wife and sons in his own well furnished home.

 Treatment

After getting required information by interviews and their assessment, treatment of patient was started but it was a much difficult task as the patient is illiterate and it makes very difficult for me to even make conversation with him because he can just speak in a local language (Punjabi) not Urdu or English. So, there was no chance to use of specific writing technique which usually very helpful for this kind of patient. That’s why my treatment could only be depends on interviews and cross questioning in 45 sessions as described in following stages;

 Stage-1

Stage-1 was consist of 30 sessions and during first 10 sessions the early age of patient till death of his mother was discussed and cross questioning was made. It was assessed that although they were not financially well off but patient didn’t feel insecurity during this period of his life. He felt first time the insecurity (fear instinct) after death of his mother. This insecurity referred to trigger for fear instinct but technically it was not stimulus for fear instinct.  After the death of his mother, his father used to go to work as farmer and keep my patient with his younger brother of just 2 years old in home alone. During the time when his father remains out of home he had to look after his younger brother and it was too early to face any responsibility like this in early age of a child of just 4 years.

After the second marriage of his father, behavior of his step-mother became stimulus for fear instinct which has already been triggered by the death of her real mother. The bad and insulting behavior of his step-mother which also included physically and mentally torture to him as well as his younger brother became the reason to enhance the sense of deprivation that they had lost their real mother and his unconscious level of mind lost the trust on women. And the situation became worst when his father also started to behave with them badly due to brain feeding by his step- mother which made his sense of deprivation more strong.

During next 10 sessions, memory of his real mother during his early age till 4 years was recalled by cross questioning again and again. When memory of his real mother was recalled, he became more sensitive and even started to weep while feeling pressure on his shoulder. And by the same technique, memory of his step-mother was recalled and he became more aggressive during the session and passed negative comments about women but at the same time he again feels pressure on his shoulder as well as his nervous system. After that memory about his father was recalled by same technique, but during this session he tries to justify the bad behavior of his father while making his step-mother responsible for all that. It was clearly shown by analyzing results of these 10 sessions that generally all females and specifically family female members including his wife, daughters, and daughters-in-laws have become reference for stimulus (step-mother). These negative associations with females have become so strong that even when any of his sons shows love or care for his mother, sisters or wife, Mr. y again gets more aggressive with his son also.

During last 10 sessions of this stage, cross questioning were made about his believes of spiritual powers and recalled the memory that at what age he felt that he has give these spiritual powers from GOD. It was observed that due to bad behavior of his step-mother, he along with his younger brother usually spend their time out of home and mostly they liked to go to Masjid (Place where Muslims offer the prayers) where they feel some security from GOD. In Masjid, after every prayer, the Imam (persons who leads the prayers) usually had some preaches about Islam and they listened it carefully because in these speeches Imam always told that GOD never do injustice and always help victims and as Imam usually gives the example of Islamic leaders that how GOD helped them by giving them some spiritual powers. Mr. Y knew that he was a child and not physically strong so his unconscious level of mind made a shelter (shelter is not compensation, compensation can vary from age to age and situation. However compensation may become habit but can not be believes of people which affect the entire personality.) That he has also some spiritual powers.  He became more energetic while discussing about his spiritual powers and pleased to tell the events when he used his spiritual powers. He was much relax and looks more confident without any burden on his shoulder and nervous system.

 Stage-2

Stage-2 consisted of 15 sessions and during these sessions, stimulus (step-mother, reference (females) and shelter (Spiritual powers) were linked with each other that how shelter was made by his unconscious level of mind and explore the association of reference with stimulus. These all links and associations were explored and brought into his conscious level of mind in a logical sequence. During theses session, the main emphasis is on making him realizing the facts consciously that whenever he sees any women (reference) which triggered stimulus (step-mother associated with fear instinct) which ultimately made him aggressive especially at home during any conversation with wife or any other female member of his family. Basically fear in his unconscious level of mind became reason of aggressiveness and then his unconscious level of mind starts to exploit shelter in terms of spiritual powers which actually does not exists but he always try to impose his believe (false) that he is having spiritual powers. So, it was realized him that due to this scenario, all other possible positive associations were suppressed by his unconscious level of mind due to stimulus for fear instinct. When all positive associations with reference (women) were realized by his conscious level of mind (every women is not step-mother) and he started to realize the fact that the women may b mother, daughter and sister without having any reference for stimulus and his unconscious level of mind also accept the possible associations of reference while leaving the grip on all negative association with reference as well as left the grip on shelter also.

 Resistance

During the therapy (Fear Therapy) whenever any attempt was made to unconscious level of mind to grip all other positive associations of reference while leaving those negative associations which have already been developed by his unconscious level of mind due to stimulus, every attempt triggered his stimulus and his unconscious level of mind resisted at its maximum level. Same situation faced and same resistance level was shown when attempts were made to him to realize the fact consciously that he has no spiritual power in real and he never do any work related to spiritual power. These feelings to be having spiritual power were just a shelter due to stimulus by his unconscious level of mind.

Resistance level was kept increasing during treatment and at once he refused to continue treatment and visit to me. His son again bring him to me after much hassles and by the passage of time resistance level was becoming down and at last his conscious and unconscious level of mind finally accepted the facts.

 Findings

Mr. Y was a patient of Mania as per diagnosed by a psychiatrists. Basic reasons were death of his real mother and behavior of step-mother (stimulus). Female became reference for his stimulus. Unconscious level of mind (defense mechanism) made a shelter against stimulus that he is having spiritual powers. Treatment could not be possible without deep analysis of his unconscious level of mind that what was the stimulus and reference for fear instinct. It was necessary to explore all positive associations about his reference (female) to make his personality unsuppressed and make it at normal. When all other positive associations were realized by his unconscious level of mind and negative associations with stimulus and reference removed so there was no need of any shelter so the role of shelter was also wiped out. Minimum 5 sessions per week required for treatment because if there was gap between each session and next session may not be conducted on consecutive day, the fear which was explored in one session may again suppressed and resistance level of the client may also again suppressed. So continuity in sessions without having gap is very important in treatment for proper cure.
