India eagerly waits for opportunities to stall Indo-Pak peace talks and delay the Kashmir re-independence issue .While any number of terrorist attacks in Pakistan tearing apart that Islamic nation, Pakistan still wants to forge good neighborly relations with India , while any such terrorism in India would immediate call for closing any peace process abruptly.
