I live in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania… Please help!!!?

  • Posted on March 30, 2011 at 1:20 am

I was on parole until earlier this year and successfully completed. I have a girlfriend with a very aggressive mother and after an infinitesimal amount of episodes, the passive person in me blew up and told her I was going to punch her in her @#$%&! face when she entered my home. The very next day, I was served with a restraining order. She had her daughter file against me! Ultimately, we went to court and had the P.F.A. dropped, BUT with the stipulation that I attend Domestic Violence classes coupled with D.A.T.S., an acronym for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services. Now, I will be the first to admit that I take suboxone, and I KNOW I am minimizing, but it keeps me away from heroin, which I haven’t done in approximately 6 years. I see absolutely no problem with them, and will probably do them the rest of my life. It’s about as blunt as I can be. So yes, I plan on being completely recalcitrant because the crazy lady has me taking classes for treating her daughter like a precious stone and in lieu of my altruism to their whole family being innocuous to my well-being, the malevolence of her diabolical mother has me on death row. I have been told that being that there is no law enforcement officer that works there and the fact that I am on neither probation nor parole, it is a scare tactic from the agency itself (D.A.T.S.) Also, my girlfriend and I reconciled (though I should never have forgiven her for letting her mother do this) and are currently cohabitating. Please help…

Can my daughter move out of state with her baby without the dad?

  • Posted on March 30, 2011 at 12:17 am

My daughter and her ex-boyfriend had a baby in senior year. They are now over 18 and have dealt with an ugly break up. They have not gone to court yet to spell everything out but she’s having a rough time. In my opinion neither one of them is capable of caring for their 11 month old child without help. His mother is an alcoholic and been in a mental institiution for threatening to burn the house down and kill her kids. My grandaughter’s father is not a bad dad. He loves her and is trying just like my daughter. The problem is my daughter is faced with possibly being homeless within 5 months and has no family in Texas to help her. I live in Nevada and have a large home for her and the baby to come to and help them get on their feet. I have no intention of the daddy not seeing my grandaughter. Like I said he’s a good dad, just young. Even if it means I have to pay for a few plane tickets for him to see his daughter. I just want to help. I know if he were to pursue it in the courts he can order the child back to Texas but I’m scared my daughter can get into legal trouble worse than that. If she’s ordered back to Texas it would be fine, I’m hoping she will be done with her college education at that point and then be able to support her and the baby themselves.

What i am trying to figure out is he is getting out of prison for making meth. she wants to let him see her daughter i think he should have to get out for a few months and prove himself that he is not going back to his old ways before we let him get involved and hurt her feelings.

Should I allow my daughters dad to visit her?

  • Posted on March 29, 2011 at 1:21 pm

We have been seperated now for 2 years, he dos’nt pay anything towards her up keep, he constantly lets her down, telling her that he will come up on a certain day and then dos’nt turn up. The last time she saw him was Christmas morning he came up from 6.45am until 7.50am, no card no pressie. I hav’nt heard anything from him since. He has been abusive in the past which resulted in me losing twins at 9 weeks pregnant. He has a good job, but spends his money on drink and cocaine. But, My daughter likes to see him??(when he does eventually turn up) should I stop contact to avoid her being constantly let down,( this has gone on for 2 years) we have already tried the arranged visits and he did’nt keep to the times stated by the solicitor, or am I just hoping that he will change and wasting my time.

What is this movie title???

  • Posted on March 29, 2011 at 3:22 am

OK – I think it is from the 80′s (I remember it from when I was a kid)
This woman’s kid was killed by a drunk driver, so every year on the anniversary the mother sends the woman who was driving drunk a black rose. Then the woman’s (the one who was driving) son starts dating the mother’s (of the kid killed) daughter (or vice versa).

Does anyone remember this movie and what it was called (I have a bet with my sister that I couldn’t remember)

Dirty friends-why are they so dirty?

  • Posted on March 29, 2011 at 3:21 am

My friend Patty is a germaphobe but was living with her druggie boyfriend and daughter. Those two got arrested, and they got evicted. The bf went to jail, the daughter split, so I helped her clean up and move. What a dump (I never went over there cuz of the psycho druggies). But now I feel like there’s bugs on me, and I have little bug bites. My bf feels nothing. Then, I went over my friend Julie’s house, and it smells like urine because she has a dog and bunch of cats and new kittens. She told me one had fleas. I was pissed, but we had plans at this other girl’s house, so I didn’t want to say, bye, I’m going home, and we were only in her house a few minutes. How should I tell these people I’m not happy, because I have bites everywhere but can’t see any bugs (It’s not my imagination) and that they need to act like adults and be clean? I’ve hung out with cleaner crackheads and heroin addicts, and these two don’t even drink and don’t seem to be too mentally ill (some depression but they both work full time so it’s not debilitating).

Are there any married couples out there living with a spouse with an addiction problem?

  • Posted on March 28, 2011 at 10:21 pm

My husband has a good paying job now for the past 2 years. Although he took a large pay cut due to getting fired from previous job. He was addicted to vicodin. He has switched to Canada’s pain medicine with codiene. He is an alcoholic but we don’t keep liquor at home. He works late shifts -drinks elsewhere – and comes home at midnight. He is functioning and still a great dad to our 14 year old son. We also have older children at home going to college. My problem with him besides his addictions, once in a while he does get into the money and takes large sums. Although this has not been happening as frequently – it still does. He is never abusive or angry at home. Are there other people out there in this type of relationship. I don’t want my son growing up without house, yard, or broken family. Life at home is stable & he is real active with our son and daughter. the husband & wife relationship is friendly but nothing more than that. I just put up with him at least for now. I am sure I would lose the house and be in worse debt if I got divorced.
it is not about me-I guess that is why I have stayed in this relationship. it is more about keeping the most stable environment for the kids. It is not about being well off-we don’t have a savings at all & don’t go on vacations. I just think after all this time-4 more years is not that long. I was just wondering if there were others in this type of relationship.
yes someone did ask me why I stay in this kind of relationship. And he has been in rehab twice. Sometimes I get frustrated and just need to email and go to Yahoo Answers – like tonight.

I need help on knowing what to do in order to remain living in the home that i am living with? Legal help plea?

  • Posted on March 28, 2011 at 8:20 pm

Heres a bulliten i pasted on myspace it basically explains everything.
I need advice on what to do i do not want to be removed from the home i live in.
I am 17 years old and have lived in the hyde home since march, i did extremely well in school there, i have a structured home there, and im so much better of there than i have been anywhere my whole life. My mom kicked me out three years ago and just shood me off onto my grandma then i stayed at my grandmas for a year or so and was treated ill. THere was druggies in and out of there everyday and my grandparents 15 year old daughter was smoking meth in the house. And not only did my mom give up on me three years ago since then she has had my two other sisters bouncing around from family members to family members. I just feel that in my past with my mom the longest i ever lived with her was 2 years and any time before then i would only live with her for two weeks or a few months at a time and then she would hand me off again. How i feel is she gave up a long time ago im 17 years old its a little to late to try and be my mom. And i didnt have a great relationship growing up with her she was mentally and physically abusive and i dont want to be in those circumstances again.

Dont believe a thing she has said all if it is totally untrue its all just a rumor my retarded sister started that has now blown way out of preportion. Beetle was arrested for domestic violence because we had an argument on the way home from the skate park and a woman drove by and told him to leave me alone and she was told everything was fine and to mind her own buisness which she should have been however she apparently told the police that he hit me and that didnt happen. When the police talked to me i told them to go ahead and take a look at me and see if there were any red marks on me. And were there no just a bruise on my leg from when me and Gesse beetles sister played hit for hit one night and everyone knows about that such as jessica, beaver, seth, haylee, sara, frenchy, phat c, corey mckowen, dk and many other people that actually witnessed that bruise be made haha.
Apparently my sister Marina is the one who started all of this drama. Apparently she believes for some reason that beetle had me layed out on the ground kicking me repeatedly but then again he did not do that and again i dont have any bruises from “being kicked and hit repeatedly”.
I will be testifying the truth about everything august 17th on beetles court date.
Me testifying will decide wether one i get to even be around beetle and two whether ill ge tto continue to live with beetle. If you would like to help or provide statements about the supposed abuse and about my living conditions to defend me so i can continue to live with the hyde family and be happy please contact me and reply to this:]

For Adults Only: You likey?

  • Posted on March 28, 2011 at 1:21 pm

You likey?

One day, in line at the company cafeteria, Jack says to Mike behind him, “My elbow hurts like hell. I guess I better see a doctor.”

“Listen, you don’t have to spend that kind of money,” Mike replies. “There’s a diagnostic computer at the drugstore at the corner. Just give it a urine sample and the computer’ll tell you what’s wrong and what to do about it. It takes ten seconds and costs ten dollars…a hell of a lot cheaper than a doctor.”

So Jack deposits a urine sample in a small jar and takes it to the drugstore. He deposits ten dollars, and the computer lights up and asks for the urine sample. He pours the sample into the slot and waits. Ten seconds later, the computer ejects a printout: You have tennis elbow. Soak your arm in warm water and avoid heavy activity. It will improve in two weeks.

That evening while thinking how amazing this new technology was, Jack began wondering if the computer could be fooled. He mixed some tap water, a stool sample from his dog, urine samples from his wife and daughter, and masturbated into the mixture for good measure. Jack hurries back to the drugstore, eager to check the results. He deposits ten dollars, pours in his concoction, and awaits the results.

The computer prints the following:

1. Your tap water is too hard. Get a water softener.
2. Your dog has ringworm. Bathe him with anti-fungal shampoo.
3. Your daughter has a cocaine habit. Get her into rehab.
4. Your wife is pregnant…twin girls. They aren’t yours. Get a lawyer.
5. If you don’t stop playing with yourself, your elbow will never get better.
