distant drug abuseing fiance?

I have been with my fiance for four years in that time we had a baby girl I myself already had an older daughter whom considers him to be her father since the start of our relationship there have been issues after having our daughter I found out he was using oxycontin i was upset but what could I really do well the drug problem had gotten worse and meth also came into play he has been to jail three times and everytime i heard how he was going to quit well after this last time my heart was seriously broken when I found out he was using again I tried to confront him but I was pretty much told it was none of my concern and that I was degradeing I have even begged him to please stop and he has basically blew me off I dont want to leave but then again I dont feel that I nor my girls deserve this life he is never around when he is he wont sit in the same room half the time he is falling asleep so I cant attempt to have a decent conversation somebody please help I just want the tears to stop.
