how do you get a free criminal background check on someone?

I am trying to pull a criminal back ground check on an my husbands x-wife, who has primary custody of their daughter together. She has recently been charged for writing bad checks… We have heard from credible individuals she is now on probation. However, something says this is not her first sight of law breaking trouble, she also has an addiction to methamphetimines, as well as, pills. My husband is wanting to go for full custody and this information if proven, will be very helpful in court.

Why Do They Allow People To Procreate Without A Background Check?

Me and my buddy go to open mic night at a bar. My buddy plays on stage with his band. There is a girl that couldn’t be older than 15 who gets up and plays. She is amazing but you get the impression that she is very very very shy and something is wrong with her, she seems very very very self conscious. I work with a lot of girls her age at my family’s business.

Fast forward, a dude in the audience is obliterated. It turns out to be her dad, he is screaming and acting like a moron. She seems embarrassed and finally she says she has to finish cause in her words “my dad is very intoxicated.” Apparently this retard was chaperoning his underage daughter into a bar.

The place closes up and she walks out the door with her dad. I see her dad go to get into the drivers seat and I start walking towards them. I was going to physically stop him from driving if need be. I don’t know if it was the look on my face, the buzzed haircut or the fact I was sober or what but I think he thought I was an off duty cop. Not much gets me to intervene but drunk driving does. He thankfully switched places with his daughter so she could drive.

I end up driving in my car behind them with my buddy. We followed them for quite a while cause apparently they are from my town. I questioned how old this girl was if she could have a drivers license, cause in my state you have to be 17. From her horrible driving it was obvious she had no license. If I was in a patrol car I would have pulled them over and knowing the circumstance I would have given the father a good Arkansas gravel bath and a hickory shampoo. Stuff like that makes me crazy.
