My sister went behind my back and?

picked up my 15 year old when I said no. My daughter just had a baby 3 weeks ago and was at her dad’s house visiting they got in a fight, she asked to go to my sister’s I said no way my sister is a heroin addict and possible hooker, and I wanted neither her or my grandson there her father agreed. I called my sister told her not to even think of picking her up and just found out she did anyway. unfortunately my husband is unaware and took our van to get fixed so I told them to bring her home now and that was 2 hours ago should I file charges on my sister I think I should I know I am on my daughter I just think my sister should know I meant what I said. I thought her dad would be able to stop her from taking the baby out at 1a.m. because I would have decked her. Any advice.
I already called the police I have to meet them with my custody papers and she lives pretty far from me.
Her dad’s family told me she was behaving badly and I know how she is when she don’t get her way.

Does anyone know how far a man has to get behind in child support before he can be arrested?

I am considering putting out a warrant for arrest on my daughter’s dad because he is refusing to pay child support. He is an alcoholic but he still manages to pay his own bills. He has even lied to my daughter about sending child support when he did not even send it. He is now 2 months behind.

I’m 21 years old and I’ve been sneaking behind my parents back with a 25 year old guy…Arent I old enough??

My mom wants me to date someone who is a Christian and he is….he just got into alittle trouble last March…He got a DWI but he’s really cleaning his act up….I like him alot and I’m afriad….she will hate him…..my dad doesn’t care its just my mom and stepdad…I also have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and they don’t want me to make another mistake like I did…. My mom told me last night that she wants to know everything going on in my life……I want some freedom..all my friends keep telling me that I’m 21, when they were 21 they lived on their own and made their own descisions……. I don’t know how to tell her whats going on…. I wish she wasn’t like this…..its so frustrating…….I can’t do anything…..I don’t want to stop dating him and I don’t want to hurt his feelings….. I also don’t want my parents prying into my life……. how do I tell her……I can just see her freaking out on me……its so frustrating!!!! please help!!!!!!!
I’m going to a four year college with a double major, I work full-time as a waitress, and I also work for my dad…..
Right now I’m living with them because they want me to stay there until I get my degree…I don’t have to but I am……
