Frequent nose bleeds in 3 year old…?

Ok,so I moved last July and my daughter who was almost 3 at the time started get nose bleeds.I attributed it to a new house where the kids liked a fan blowing in their room at night.Figured she just had a dry nose.Well here we are in February and she still gets nose bleeds.She averages about 1 to 4 a month.I’ve had a vaporizer in their room at night for a month or two and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.She primarily gets them at night.Like last night she woke up at wanting a drink.Little while later here comes a bloody nose.Not little one, good drippers.I put a little tissue plug in to get it to stop,and when I pulled it out, there was a 2″ nasty bloody thing attached.Far bigger than any booger I’ve ever seen.There has only been a few times that were probably because she was picking,but all the other times really makes me wonder.I have a Dr. appointment for her,but am wondering if anyone has ever had this problem with there child.I’ve looked up what it could be,I’m a bit scared
I actually only moved about a mile down the road. So we haven’t changed climate or elevation. She doesn’t appear to have any allergies, and the vaporizer or humidifier (whatever you wanna call it) really puts a lot of moisture back in the air…so much so that I can actually feel the difference before I even get to their bedroom. I’m a bit perplexed and definately worried. I can’t help but think the worst, especially after I’ve looked up what it Could be. Ranges from practically nothing all the way up to leukemia. I guess all I can do is wait for her appointment on Friday at this point. Thank you everyone for all your helpful information!
