My 7 year-old daughter is bored and T.V addicted this summer…?

What are some ideas to keeping my 7-year old daughter busy this summer?
I am a stay at home mom but I feel like housework and my 15-month old are eating up all of my time! She is constantly bored and has gotten into the habit of watching tv all the time. This is my fault, I know, but I feel lost as far as alternatives go.
Because I am a stay at home mom I can plan things so if you have a planned schedule for your child that you follow each week, I would love to hear it.
Also, she has plenty of toys but never plays with any of them. I don’t know if this is just her personality but she just isn’t interested in playing with her toys much.
