My husband wants the divorce and he wants sole custody of 2 years old daughter. I have 10 years green card.?

My husband wants to divorce me after he leave me 7 months ago for another women in Peru. He denied that it is the reason.
The whole time he has being threatened with deportation if I come to ask for alimony during the divorce or child support. I’M A LEGAL RESIDENT!!! I’m afraid of him because he says want full custody of our daughter and he does not want to pay for child support. we had a bad relationship throughout our marriage, but since we are living apart he have a lot of problems. He put my a fabricated restrained order against me 3 months ago and I put one back to him . Both of them are vacated now. He also Call the DSS telling them lies like that I am a prostitute, I used to do cocaine and that I physical abuse and neglect my children. He asked them for full custody of my baby Thanks God they found the true and they Closed the case a week later after the interviewed.
I don’t know what is the best for me .???
I have not asked for the divorce because I’m full time broke student and afraid of him. I do not have family in this country. and I never expect that the person that I loved with all my life hate me too much. Also He called me and telling me about his new relation that he wants our daughter because he want to bring the new women to USA for race our daughter together. in addition, My father in law evicted me from our apartment with he owns. I moved out 2 months ago.

I decided to move on also. I went to a lot of attorneys without success . if you don’t have money for afford one and I did not qualify for a pro bono attorney. !!! The things are ugly for me.
I Just have my faith in God !!! :-)

I just want to know if I can take my daughter out the country and go back to my house with my family. My Daughter has DUAL CITIZENSHIP. ???
WE ARE STILL MARRIED.
I would like to stay in USA , but He going to continue doing bad things for hurt me.
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HE HAS NOT STARTED THE DIVORCE PROCESS ???
I guess he was trying to make time or created proofs and take my daughter away from me…??

He wrote something about and affidavit support that he sing almost a year ago I-864 . I search about that and It is a government contract for immigrants and He has to support me for life. MAY be He is worry for that??? I do not care about his money !!!!
since those thing happened I moved far away from him in the same state, I have not allowed visitation with my daughter. I change my cell phone , HE CAN NOT CONTACT ME!!!

He found the way to contact me!!! we were chatting today> He said that he still loves and he miss a lot his daughter. He said that he is suffering for can see his daughter. BUT I DON”T TRUST HIM !!!
after a while he star fitting again . he said that I He going to find the way for deport me . and take his daughter and if a don’t want to cooperated with him . He going to tell our daughter that I am a prostitute….
I am afraid I think that he has some mental problems.

ok is this how I will get away with the report card?

Dear Mom,

It is with great regret and sorrow that I’m telling you that I have eloped with my new boyfriend who just turned 35 years old. I found real passion and he is so nice, with all his piercings and tattoos and his big motorcycle. But it’s not only that, Mom, I’m pregnant and Ahmed said that we will be very happy in his trailer in the woods. He wants to have many more children with me and that’s one of my dreams. xI’ve learned that marihuana doesn’t hurt anyone and we’ll be growing it for us and his friends, who are providing us with all the cocaine and ecstasy we may want. In the meantime, we’ll pray for science to find the AIDS cure so Ahmed can get better; he deserves it. Since he currently doesn’t have a job, he spends all of his time with me. Don’t worry, Mom, I’m 15 years old now and I know how to take care of myself. Some day I’ll visit so you can get to know your grandchildren.

P.S. Mom, it’s not true. I’m at the neighbor’s house. I just wanted to show you that there are worse things in life than the report card that’s in my desk drawer.

He gets his MISTRESS loads of extravagant presents, yet not even a card for his wife of more than?

Forgive my long post, but this is a huge crisis for me. What a day for it to blow over! Merry Christmas to me.

I’ve been with my husband for 23 years, 21 of those married. We were happy together until recently when he started to change. Red flags of an affair started popping up, but I didn’t want to act rashly just in case.

Yesterday I was in his office looking for some batteries when I found a briefcase with a brand new iPod Touch, a Teddy bear, and an expensive watch (at least $400). We are not rich. Our kids don’t even have this much.

I’d been suspecting the affair for awhile now, and my daughter had previously found the facebook account of some woman named “Diana” she claimed was his mistress. It was credible, but again, wasn’t much concrete. Even when I confronted him, he denied the claims.

Christmas came and it didn’t take long to find out those extravagant presents weren’t for me or our kids. After he went to sleep, my daughter, being curious as she is, went into his room to look for them (I’d told her I’d found them). She came out awhile later with bills & the perfect paper trail to his infidelity, plus the itouch. She took out the itouch and we saw an engraved message on the back, for the Diana woman my daughter had found on facebook, with “lots of love” from my hubby.

I pretty much cracked then and confronted him about it well at 4am in the morning. I smashed the iPod (wish I hadn’t) & ripped up the Teddy bear (unfortunately I didn’t get to watch on time, which I could have kept & sold).

He ended up leaving and hasn’t come back since (he didn’t deny the affair). This is obviously the end of our marriage. I’ve had to put up with so much of his sh*t over the years (his alcoholism, dug abuse, and couldn’t keep a job longer than a year), but this is something I can not and will not forgive. He would be nowhere without me. Absolutely nowhere.

Yet, even after all I’ve done for him, he can’t afford to even give me a Christmas card. Even at least as the mother of his kids.

I’ve invested so many years for him and this is the biggest slap in the face he could ever give me. I’ve been through him during stages where any sensible person would have left him.

I don’t know what I can do to continue living. I have 3 kids to maintain, and I don’t earn close to enough solo to maintain them all. Even with child support, it would not be enough.

If I have to take court action, I will. I have countless of bills that prove to his infidelity (plus condoms i’ve found in his bag, and I had a hysterectomy more than a decade ago).

What should I do next? What about his mistress (who is probably some gold digging slut)? What do I have to do NOW? Eventually I’ll have to sell our house, as neither of us can pay it by ourselves.

I will never forgive this but all I hope is that in the future he will come to regret this moment. His regret is all I want, because there is no other woman out there who will do for him what I have.

Even when we were dating, he never gave me even HALF as much as he intended to give this woman.

If he gives you the card and pin and said I can use it. If he changes his mind can i get in trouble?

We have a 5 year old daughter together. He said that if he went on a binge (cocaine) that i could go and buy the things that we had talked about. He was gone for three days and 3500 dollars drawed out of the acccount. So I went and got the stuff and now he is threating to put me in jail. The bank did a investigation and said it was authorized usage. Can he do anything to me?

How do you check to see if someone has a fake car insurance card?

I heard it is easy to get one! My daughter just told me her Dad has one cuz he doesn’t have car insurance cuz of two DWI. My son and her drive is cars cuz he can’t drive. My son is 16 yrs old and she is 19yrs,old! I have phyiscal custody of my son! So, when he goes to visit he drives. I told him he can’t but his Dad said he can. I do know what to do.
