What are the odds of changing a custody order in my favor?

My ex-husband and I have joint custody 50-50 of our daughter. I just recently moved to a different county to be closer to my fiance’s new job (which is a wonderful job). My ex told me he wanted to start our girl in a school program. She’s 3. I get the need for education, but not in a horrible public district. I can afford private school if needed. I am worried about my chances. He owns his own home, I rent. He lives near all of her family whereas I don’t. I though, am a stay at home mom and can spend needed time with her before and after school. (He drops her at daycare at 5am and picks her up @ 5pm). I have been in trouble once –in my life — (recently tho) for stealing and will prolly be on probation when this starts — I know stupid. He has also been in trouble in the past for drunk driving, driving w/ no license, and I believe possesion of weed once. he also has no valid license and I do. Will the court be bias since they are in his county? What normally happens? I’m scared

My Husband always tells me he feels funny changing our daughter’s diaper. She’s a year and a half.?

My husband has an addiction to porn websites and chatting with them and texting them. He even told me masturbates watching porn. Can this be a reason that he feels funny changing his daughter’s diaper. The first day she was born he told the nurse he felt funny changing her diaper and that was not a good sign. Why do you think he feels funny about it?? Please help me let me know what you think.
