My 10 year old daughter wets the bed, I did too, I see some connections but cant find the answer. Help!?

I Have a 10 year old daughter who wets the bed every night, dispite all my efforts, she never has dry nights. I was also a bedwetter and wet the bed non stop all they way up untill I started menstruation. I have heard other ladies who had the same experience. I cant find any information about it but it seems there is a connection between menstruation and the end of bed wetting and I assume it must also be phyical. Can you give me any insight on why some girls respond to no treatments but suddenly stop bedwetting on their own when periods begin? I dont want my daughter to have to suffer for so many years as I did. I would like to find the answer and solve the problem. Some of the things I have done to try to help is monitoring her fluid intakes, no drinking after dinner, trying to get her to go to the bathroom many times before bed and after dinner to help empty her bladder, having her do kegal exercises, even medications did not work, and when I took her to a urologist, all I was told was to buy pull ups. I just want to solve the problem, I cant always afford pull ups and I am tired of washing big blankets every day, the smell, constantly replacing matresses, and I know it is no picnic for her. Please help!
