Is it alright to have sex with a married woman if she is about to get a divorce and currently separated?

so this woman i have known for like 7yrs is separated from her husband. they have only known eachother for like 2 years and have been married for 1. her husband is currently in rehab and has cheated on her numorus times. he keeps going back to jail and rehab because of drug addiction and he wont stop using. not even to be able to see his daughter again. she has basicly gotten tired of it and told him she wanted a divorce and they are now separated waiting to get divorced. i have loved this woman since i met her and last night she told me that she really liked me and wanted to start a relationship as more than just friends. she was also doing drugs with her husband whaen they met but is now clean and has her daughter back and is trying to keep it that way. and doing a damn good job might i add. and when we are with eachother then its alot easier for her to not think about anything like drinking or drugs or anything like that cause i dont put myself around that kinda stuff. so no matter
what, i am still gonna chill with her cuase it helps her and her child alot. but the last night we had sex and i am not sure if i should keep it as friends till the divorce is final or if i should just continue to have sex with her. so tell me what you think and if you know anything about this kinda stuff from expieriance

Should I allow my kids, ages 10 and 12, to visit their father who is currently under house-arrest?

My ex-husband is serving 36 days under house arrest and another 10 in jail for a second drunk-driving charge and a hit & run accident. He wants his regular visitation, which is every other weekend, but I’m hesitant because he shows no remorse for what he’s done wrong and he still seems unstable.
My daughter refuses to spend the night there although she will see him during the day. My son is okay about going. My ex-husband called me today and threatened that I had better not call the courts to check on his driving status. I don’t care what he thinks but I am concerned with sending the kids into such a volatile situation.

my sister was hit by a lady who had been drinking all day and has no license or insurance and is currently on ?

probation for driving with a suspended license.
this is my question, were my sister lives at there is one way in and out. the entrance side is the side my sister lives on her front door faces the driveway entrance. this lady’s family stay in the same complex as my sister they have been living there for about 4 years and she knows everyone there. one evening my sisters daughter got into an arfuement with another girl who doesnt live there and the lady got into the argument stating to the girl to kick her but my niece. so my sister went out there to tell the lady to not get into there argument and the lady was drunk and started yelling at my sister she was going to kick her but and one of the tenants told the ladfy to leave because my sister was 5 months pregnant so the lady got into her vehicle with her two daughters that were only 2 and 3 years old, at that time my sister was standing outside of her place watching her children so the lady wouldnt run them over because she was drunk, at that time the lady headed towards my sister at the entrance driveway and hit my sister knocking her down and then she ran her over and took off and didnt stay. when the lady giot home she called the police and stated that bitch wanted to get hit she also said that she didnt stop because she was afraidof the mob there in the complex. the ladys whole family lives there. she also stated that my sister ran out in front of her vehicle and she couldnt stop in time. my sister was in the drive way of the entrance driveway. the lady purposly drove her vehicle on the wrong side of the road so she could hit my sister. she is only being charged with assualt with a deadly weapon a felony, driving under the influence and knowing she had a suspended license these two charges are misdermenors, and she is not in jail can someone help me in trying to figure out the penal codes for a hit and run and also that my sister was 5 months pregnant and the lady is already on probation too i need some help to find out what else they are missing. my sister is handicap now her legs are damaged and she was hospitalized for three days and in bed for a month and now she cant hardly walk because her legs swell up
