11 month old with diarehea/?

yes my 11 month is lactose intolerant i just found out because i tried giving whole milk to her and she has been pooping like water for 3 days now. I went 24 hrs with no dairy or formula (which she will not be getting any more milk I know that) but her formula is soy so i tried to give her that today and she still had really bad diarehea like real bad but she cant go another day without her bottle she will freak she is having the hardest time with this i tried giving dry toast, white rice, and gatorade watered down(per order of dr.) but she absolutly hates all of it she wont eat the toast,rice nor will she drink the gatorade no matter how many times i give it to her any suggestions please!!!!!!! Desperate mother yearning to make daughter feel better!
its not that she wont eat anything iwas told by the dr. to only give her dry toast and white rice and applesauce she doesnt want that i havent tried to give her anything else because i am scared she’ll get worse but she needs to eat something
