Do you like women who… drink, smoke, curse?

  • Posted on November 8, 2010 at 4:32 pm

Men do you find it attractive when women do things such as drink, smoke, and curse?

My whole life my dad brought me up to never ever curse, drink, or smoke. Or do other things like sleep around, I was always brought up to be really femine and respectful, and I wouldn’t say “keep my mouth shut” but it was more like a respect your elders, and not sound obnoxious.

Don’t get me wrong I am highly opinionated and went through my faze in my teens where I did all the bad things I could lol. I am no angel but I just find it so trashy when women smoke and curse I think it makes them seem unrefined and not very pretty. I like to exude a somewhat tough exterior but I don’t do it by acting like a grungy dude.

My boyfriends friends date these girls who are so trailer parkish, I mean looking at them I know if any of them ever started something with me I could kick their butts but I don’t make it a point to intimidate them or try to make them feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, I am wondering do his friends really find these skeezy girls attractive cursing wile smoking a cigarette joking about perverted things along with them being all loud? I think its repulsive and I just think if they had my dad he would slap them upside their nasty heads lol.

There are plenty of people who were raised like me, I mean it was on the strict side and my mom and dad made a million mistakes, but honestly I feel like I demonstrate more inner beauty by being just old fashioned lady like. I mean one day I am going to be a mother to a little child and so will they (and some already have kids.)

I know I don’t want my future daughter acting like this. I don’t think it makes them seem tough either, it only makes them seem MORE insecure, as if they are trying to hide that really they are frightened to act themselves.

I choose not to drink or smoke because one alcoholism runs in my family, I cannot be productive when I smoke weed, and cigarettes are just nasty and personally I like fresh breath and white teeth.

I am only 21 and even when I was a younger rebel I NEVER acted trashy. I have only ever been with one guy and will someday hopefully marry him. However, that doesn’t mean I do not wonder what other guys think.

I don’t think tattoo’s are trashy I do think they tend to make women look older once they hit 30+. But they look cute on younger girls too bad they age right lol. I will personally never get one simply because I change my mind twice a day lol.

I dunno guys what do you think? Do you perfer women who do everything you do or do you like classy girls who keep their wild side hidden?
Fried kitten- does a little girls start out drinking and cursing and acting trashy??? those are learned traits people adapt because other people are doing them.

furthermore I forget who said I was stuck up, I am far from it and all through out highschool befriended people everyone else was cruel to. I care about other peoples emotions which is why I choose to carry myself the way I do. There is no reason to act damaged and untamed and represent yourself poorly because you feel it defines who you are.

I can see how this question could make me seem “stuck up.” But in reality I have never been called that.

Have you ever smoked pot with your teenager? Let them drink? Have opposite sex friends spend the night?

Have you ever smoked pot with your teenager? Let them drink? Have opposite sex friends spend the night?
I have friend who lets his 15yr old daughter do all these things. He says it is what “everyone” does these days and that he’d rather she do it at home with supervision than somewhere less safe. She got into harder drugs a few months ago and had to go through a program to dry out. Afterward the only consequences were drug testing and counseling, and having to stop smoking pot for two months. Now she is right back to smoking and drinking in her father’s house with his consent.
The last Time I was over there I watched a parade of older boys walking into the house right past her dad and into her room carrying six packs. All he said was “have fun kids!”
He is an Ivy League educated man. He swears up and down that all the parents he knows do the same and that it has no influence over how the kids turn out.
What do you think of this? Do you know parents who allow these things? Do you let your kids do these things? Why or why not?
What cold I possibly do about this? Not calling CPS or something like that. It would nomake her life better, but what can I say to her Dad? Anything?

My husband is pressuring my 13-year-old daughter to drink?

  • Posted on October 26, 2010 at 3:22 am

So my husband and I have been married for nearly three years now. I also have a 13-year-old daughter and she and my husband have gotten along pretty well so far. Recently however, he has been rather aggressively pressuring my daughter to drink alcohol. Whenever he makes a cocktail he’ll mix her one too. Of course, I immediately confiscate the beverage.

At first I thought he was joking, but it’s been happening more and more frequently. The other day I came home from work I could have sworn my daughter was intoxicated. I asked her about it later and she was being suspiciously evasive with her answers.

Why would my husband be pressuring his own step-daughter to drink with him? I asked him about it directly but he just laughed my question off. If he’s serious about this, how can I prevent him from corrupting my daughter?

Thanks and God bless.

My Partner and I have a 3 month old daughter his parents drink constantly and i don’t trust them with our girl

They drink all day long and his dad can say nasty things when he is really drunk. They are very good at hiding the fact they are intoxicated, but people who know them well can tell. My mum recently had a big argument with his mum about gossiping about me behind my back wen she was drunk and since then I am very reluctant to go over to their house, they will not visit us because it means they can’t drink if they drive. Is it wrong to deny my daughter of spending time with her grandparents?

partner back on the drink?

  • Posted on October 16, 2010 at 11:24 pm

i’ve lived with my partner for 15yrs. Hes an alcoholic. Hes been dry for the last 3 yrs. He started to drink on the 7th june after al that time, we have no problems finacially or personally. i didnt know he hit the drink until this weekend, i have now realised he must have been driving with our child & her friend in the car. I am still dizzy with the shock & deceit.

He is not violent but he gets comotozed for up to 18 days.

Am i wrong to not want to go through sleepless nights & worry again? I only want whats best for my daughter. Friends are telling me its a relapse & only i can help. I dont believe it, i think this is it, hes back to his old ways, how can i trust him again?
Can this just be a relapse?

the whole weekend my stomach has been in a knot, I cant function properly, no one knows how it feels to be the other half in an alcoholic relationship unless they have lived it. Its not a picnic. Also My poor kid will suffer if everyone knows, our community is small.

My daughter (20) & her friends drink alcohol at our house?

  • Posted on October 14, 2010 at 5:28 am

She has friends show up with beer and wine (they are all under 21). They always stay over and don’t drive after drinking. Am I responsible in some way for underage drinking? We live in Texas.

Do you think if I drink more water, I would lubricant more?

  • Posted on October 5, 2010 at 11:26 pm

I am having sexual problems with myself getting wet at the age of 23. I am extremely dry and I don’t drink water at all in my diet and I am a smoker. I never was like this until I had my daughter. I am getting worried because I am too young for this and no lubricants work on me either so please don’t recommend them. I have tried everything on the market. Please help me!!!!
No I am not circumcised.
Also I am not on a losing weight diet either. I only weight 120lbs. I am in perfect shape and I didn’t have any extra work done on me in anyway, but have 2 kids. I just can’t get wet! can someone help me!
