excercise and diet—–how fast I can reduce my weight?

I’m 5’5 inches tall, 30years and a mom of two kids son-aged 5 and daughter aged-11 month and I weigh 77 kgs.I wish to reduce at least another 10 kgs in the next six months. I had bought a treadmill on March 11th and started walking on it daily from March 12th at a speed of 3.5mph for 45 minutes. I have noticed that I cover a distance of 2.4 and burn calories of 140.I found jogging so tiresome for me, so I prefer walking. I am a south Indian and my daily food intake is as follows:
Breakfast – 2 medium sized dosa with a 250ml of sambar+1 cup black coffee.
Lunch – white small grain rice 2 cup with yoghurt or dal or sambar(250 ml)+cabbage or beans dry with grated coconut(2 tbsp)+ 2 sardine fried in sunflower oil
Snacks – some time two bread slices with black coffee
Dinner – two chapatti with 250gms pulses curry.
Water – I drink 1.5 to 2 liters water daily
If I’m following this exercise and food intake routine when I can notice reasonable weight loss? Also I had recently found on net that acai berry tabs are helpful in losing weight. Is it available in uae? Taking weight loss tabs are healthy? I hope I will get a favorable reply.
