Family/Health Problems [Anorexia/Alcoholism]?

I have an aunt, 38 yrs old, who’s 5″9 and 90 lbs.
She’s been battling anorexia, as well as a drinking problem.
Just recently, she’s been experiencing stomach swelling/discomfort.
She’s currently in the hospital getting test run..
For those of you familiar with the medical field, do you think this could be liver/kidney related?
We’ve been trying to get her help for so long, but because she’s over 18, she can check herself out of a hospital.
Also, her husband (who’s very controlling) is enabling her behavior and not getting her the proper help that she has needed for some time.
Is there anything that we, her family, could do?
She’s in the hospital now, but I’m worried that if she returns home, she’ll go back to her old ways (not eating & drinking).
I’m really scared for my family.
If she dies, my grandpa will have buried both of his daughters.
Any thoughts/recommendations would be great.
