Well, you blew it and now you are crying, I want my wife back! Was it something dumb that you did or kept doing? You probably had it coming, then. You dug your hole and now you’re stuck in it. So are you going to just stay in that hole or are you going to try and climb out of it? If you are serious when you say, I want my wife back then you better get climbing.

You need to learn humility, beg on your knees if you must just to get her back. You don’t expect to welcome you with open arms after everything that you have done to her.

Accept responsibility for your actions. Don’t even think about making up excuses just to justify your wrong doing. Don’t contradict her if she points all your faults. Lying will only get you in hot water and aggravate the situation. If you think that what she mentioned unimportant, then how come your marriage is in shambles?

The second thing is to do is to promise that this time she should see an improvement in the relationship. Take action to convince her she you are really set on correcting mistakes made in the past.

For those of you that have a problem with drugs or alcohol, you better go and get some help. You should be working on that before you start telling her that you are trying to change. If it has to do with anger issues, get enrolled in anger management classes and start taking them.

Whatever problem it is she says you have, you better be making steps to get it corrected. If you really want my wife back you better get serious about making those changes.

You have to commit yourself to changing all your ways. Don’t think that everything is fine and can stay as it is now. Expect that you will repeat the same mistakes in the future.

Swallow your pride and learn to be humble when asking her to come back. Dont let your pride get in the way of getting your wife back in your arms again.

With the increase of social dating rates in our communities today, it is without a doubt that breakups have taken their position in the circle of life. All over the world, youngsters and adults are experiencing breakups each and every day, and this often results in the pondering of how to stop a breakup.

The first thing to do when your relationship is on rocky grounds is to identify your faults and mistakes. Notice what upsets her, be it something you do or something you don’t do. Every time she gets upset, talk to her and find out the cause of it.

Then, come up with a plan of action to change and work on your flaws. You don’t have to change who you are or anything as drastic as that but what you could do is to avoid hitting her nerves by breaking habits that annoy her and changing a few of your usual routines.

Next, list out your flaws and mistakes so that you can work on it. To stop a breakup, use the list as your guide and scratch them out as you learn to correct yourself. The only way to do this effectively would be by rewarding yourself with little things every time you achieve a goal.

Lastly, act out on your plan and change for the better. Try your very best to not go backwards and move forward.

Stop Stuttering Quest

Are you on a quest to stop stuttering? Have you a goal to achieve fluency? Do you dream of being able to talk free from the constant fear of stuttering? These are all questions that I most certainly would have answered yes to up until the age of twenty-two. I started to stutter at the age of four and the speech impediment continued to have a damaging affect on my life for the next eighteen years.

Thirteen years ago when I was aged twenty-two I successfully managed to “stop stuttering” after developing a set of techniques to overcome the problem. When formulating these techniques I was learning and studying how the people that I considered to the “best talkers” spoke in comparison to the way that I did. I was more than aware that I had a “faulty speech” and I wanted to work out where the faults were. In the end I was actually quite surpised just how many aspects of my speech were faulty including of course how I was breathing.

This was all thirteen years ago and I am now more than enjoying the fruits of all of that hard work. The freedom of fluency is one that was worth the wait and one that was most certainly worth all of the hard work that I put in.

I am hoping that this article can prove to be of inspiration to other people who have a stutter. You should not accept second best, believe in yourself and believe in a better life for yourself.

It’s normal to feel down from time to time, but sometimes those feelings happen for no reason and won’t go away. Depression is more than just a short bout of the blues – it’s a condition that makes it hard to function and get through life. When you’re depressed, it’s easy to feel hopeless, but the right kind of treatment can help. However, you still need to understand the condition and determine what’s best for you. Let’s look at some of the signs of depression to help you discover whether or not it’s affecting your life.

Some of the signs of depression are having problems sleeping, or they sleep away most of the day. Tasks that used to be easy become difficult, and concentration can be tricky. Thoughts of helplessness and hopelessness are common, and many people have trouble controlling their negative thoughts. They may feel short tempered or irritable, or easily burst into tears. Lack of appetite and extreme over eating are also common. You may feel that life’s not worth living. These can all be depression signs.

Other signs of depression also manifests in the inability to enjoy things that used to be pleasant, a reduced sex drive, and significant changes in weight. If you lose or gain more than five percent of your body weight in a month, it’s considered significant. You may feel keyed up and agitated, or sluggish and slow. Making decisions, keeping track of things, and staying focused can be extremely difficult. You may feel strongly guilty or worthless, or overly criticize your errors and faults. Many people with depression signs find that small tasks take much longer or are very tiring.

Depressed teens and adolescents are often irritable, rather than sad, and may seem hostile. Unexplained pain is also common in depressed young people. Older adults are also likely to complain about physical symptoms, and may focus on them to the exclusion of the emotional signs. Poor health is extremely common in depressed older adults.

Women are twice as likely to be depressed as men, in part because of hormonal factors, but also possibly because of social factors. Women are more likely to overeat, gain weight, sleep too much and experience strong guilt, while depressed men are more likely to be aggressive, violent, reckless and to complain about lack of sleep or fatigue. Men are at a higher risk for suicide from depression than women.

So, if you have some of these signs of depression, what can you do? There are a number of options. Many people choose to see a professional about their depression, and this is a very good idea. However, you shouldn’t assume that being depressed or seeing someone for the problem means you have to take medication for it. Lifestyle changes, counseling, herbal remedies and many other methods are also available to help deal with depression, and for some people they work much better than conventional medication. Investigate all your options and find out what’s available, but make sure you do something!

The Truth About Anticipating Grief

The thought and feeling that our loved one is going to die is never a consoling fact. Hence, anticipating grief is not an easy thing to do for everyone else involved. Anticipating grief is the period during which a family member or a patient is expected to die. This sorrow is somewhat the same to the after-effects of losing someone you love. The emotions felt are the same feeling of loss and it just hurts as bad. It is no less different than when one has gone through a sudden or tragic death of a loved one. It comes with some of the similar emotions of shock, denial and guilt and is related with social and cultural reactions regarding the loss.

And because some people are still in a state of denial they may not go through anticipatory grief. Their grief will happen after the loss of their beloved. The grief experienced before the demise doesn’t shorten the grief after the demise. It’s still the same sorrowful grieving process and it does not make any better way to endure. The only distinction between anticipating grief and coping with a sudden loss is that it gives the entire clan some time to talk and spend the remaining time with the person as well as accepting and coming to terms in the reality of their demise.

There is still time left to talk about things that were kept as secrets. There is still time left to make any amends to the existing relationships. There is still time left to finally forgive any faults or mistakes in the past. And there is till time left to hear and carry out the last dying wishes of a parting loved one. This grief in anticipating the demise of someone we love builds a great concern for the dying person, painful and sorrowful preparation of the departure of the loved one, and making the necessary adjustments in living without our dearest beloved.

When somebody dies suddenly and so tragically, the pain that goes with it could be more overwhelming than that of anticipatory grief because of the shock and trauma. There is not even a warning signal or no more time left to reminisce the past with the person. This puts the bereaved in a corner to confront the unexpected which could minimize the coping capacities of that person and make normalcy seem so far away. The impact of that great loss might be hard to imagine and may not be realized right away. Thus, acceptance seems barely discernible. Learning to accept the possibility of the passing of a loved one would leave you feeling that you are slowly abandoning that person.

Expecting the death might only build more emotional attachment to the dying person even stronger which doesn’t make it any way easier to accept the future. The dying person on the other hand also undergoes pain for leaving everyone and makes it more painful and unbearable for everybody involved. No matter how our loved one dies, it all depends on each person and how much they cope with grief in their lives.
