Peanut butter and jelly
Fruit snacks
About 8 items
My son has always been a picky eater… we’ve tried bribing, we’ve tried starving him, etc… but we’ve gotten to the point where as long as what he is eating is healthy – we’re not pushing right now.
His 8 items are: peanut butter/jelly, wheat waffles, bananas, yogurt, dry cereal, baby oatmeal cereal, peaches, and pizza (and he only drinks milk or water.)
Just so everyone knows – I doctor up almost everyone of these items to boost their nutritional value. Veggie juice mixed in baby cereal, chopped/diced veggies on our pizza (in the sauce), flax seed in homemade waffles, and low sugar jelly and wheat bread for pb/j.
Just looking from support from other moms who have picky eaters… thanks!
