Can somebody tell me how to find addiction treatment centers in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania?

I need to do this for a friend of mine who is seeking my help. She has been an alcoholic for quite some time now. Her only daughter ran away from home and this has really been so tough for her. I really want to help her and I feel like this is all I can do.

Does the court find out about prior convictions in another state?

Step daughter has prior drug convictions in kansas all misdemeanors…now cuaght in texas for cocaine and a pound of pot…8 ball cocaine she said and the guy at the jail said….is this a lot of drugs and will they give her a stiffer sentence for the priors or will they find out because it is two different states?

Why does public find beat kid with walking stick passed on each generation bad?

It taught me to be smart educated and straight man, now son i have to raise is a rundown pot addict, and daughter is more widespread than daily cold! I know not beat so hard they become passout but only till blood reeks out, what is so bad, it teach good very good lesson!

My 16 year old daughter has extreme pain and we can’t find anything that helps?

She had surgery 2 weeks ago to have an appendectomy and they found a large ruptured hemorragoric ovarian cyst, there was also a 2cm hole in her ovary. They have been unsuccessful in giving her anything that works for pain other than in hospital iv or injections. She also has a new ovarian cyst on the same ovary now. Please help me to now what to ask the doctor to do with her pain. she has been sufferring with this since January 28th. I was told that her body does not respond to the normal ones…ie: percocet, vicodin, codine and such…but because of her age, I get the same response which is “pain meds are addicting” and I understand that, but she is on excruciating pain constantly with nothing working. I controll all her meds as well. I give them to her as scheduled…of anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it!

How do you find someone that is missing and in real danger?

My daughter has been missing since November. She is with her abusive husband who is a meth addict. She has called me twice in these months and sounds horrible. She says that she is in California but won’t give any more details than that. I know that this guy is a meth head, he has a warrant out of Texas and is very abusive to her. She said in the last conversation that he has broken her jaw. Is there a web-site or someone that would help me…I am frantic.

I am missing jewelry and a few other things my house and out o my car. How can I find out if it was daughter?

I live in a house with a few other people. My daughter is not one of them.Its myself and my friend and her 29 year old son and his girlfriend.

Just to give you a little background my daughter is in recovery for drug addiction she has two months clean and sober. My friends son and girlfriend are still using drugs.

About a month ago my friend was missing $900 from her room. I think she thinks it was my daughter who stole it from her. I really don’t think my daughter would steal now that she is off of drugs. Anything she needs for right now I have been helping her out with. She lost her job as a result of the drugs.

Anyway, I am now missing things from my room. For example, winning casino tickets ($40), winning lottery tickets($5),. and most important is my jewelry. I am missing two rings and a pair of earrings that are worth allot to me. Maybe they got a few hundred at the pawn shop for then.

I just want the truth from my daughter. I can’t trust her at all. I want to know if i go to local pawn shops will I be able to find out if she or her boyfriend pawned my jewelry.Or maybe it was the other two that are still using in the house.

I am going to plead with her tomorrow to tell me where the jewelry is but i don’t even know if she took it. And now I feel my relationship with my daughter is over. What should I do I can’t just let her get away with this. Especially since I am helping her and her family with finances until they get back on their feet. I really don’t want to turn my back on them there are two little kids involved and then I won’t get to see them.

How do you find a doctor that really cares if you live or die?

I’ve really been thinking of suicide. My life is upside down. My daughter is still using “meth” and controls me (not the other way around), my parents want a divorce at 85?, my job may soon be eliminated, I’m seriously in debt, I’m in a relationship I’m extremely am unhappy in, but must stay since we are leasing a home together and our lease is not up til 9/15; I hate going home every night; my daughter continues to disappoint me and I cannot stand up to her….I need a good psychologist to talk to or I know I may do something drastic….which I don’t want to do. I can’t go on much longer….

I’m trying to find out if Oprah ever had a show about teenagers on Meth and the parents relationship with them

I have a daughter that, in her senior year of high school, started using meth. She had been prom queen, varsity cheerleader, honor role student. When I confronted her, with an intervention with her principal, counselor and my ex-husband – she denied it. but later in private with myself and my ex she admitted. She went to live with her father 150 miles away and finished her senior year doing home studies. She’s come back home to live with me now twice; and each time after a couple of months, I’ve had to ask her to leave because she was using again, even though she denied it. Her “safe haven” is with her Dad. The last instance was early May, I had all the signs of a heart attach and had to go to the hospital. My doctor told me “she had to leave”. Again she’s gone and now there is absolutely no communication. She hates me. My ex, who she is living with again, won’t tell me how she’s doing. I’m having a tough time dealing. Does anyone know of any good books, CD’s to help me?
