Very frustrated with Friend who has bulimia & wont get help????

my boyfriends sister who is 22, has had bulimia since last year. she is to a point where she lost all of her muscle, has a dangerous potassium level, blood pressure, Dizzy spells and times where she has blacked out. She binges on food and then purges it over 10 to 12 times a day. she is 5’11 and 90 pounds. This girl will not recieve help & her mother will not send her away because she doesnt want her daughter to be angry at her. This is an ongoing process now and I am frustrated because the girl can get better with the proper recovery methods and a group of proffessionals. what do I do
