WHAT CAN I DO? The police harashely arrested and sexually harrassed my teenage daughter!!?

Last night, my daughter was arrested for driving under the influence, solicitation, public indecency, and two counts of vehicular homicide. When the police arrested her her breasts were exposed because she was flashing a friend as part of a JOKE. The police officers- both male- refused to let my daughter put her top back on so she had to ride to the police station- which was over nine miles away- with her breasts exposed. During this time, she had to use the bathroom but was denied access because the cops were two busy, probably eating donuts or worshipping Satan or something!!! Her bladder was so full that by the time she got out of the cop car, she collapsed to the ground and urinated all over herself! The cops then procedded to verbally ABUSE my daughter by telling her that she should have gone to the bathroom BEFORE leaving the bar and running over those two people! Everybody makes mistakes and God is forving and will foriv her for making an innocent mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is there any way that I can sue this police department, or-perhaps- the governments, in order to get my daughter her dignity back and prevent sexist cops from harassing and sexually harassing other young womans’?
As a mother, I am so upset and ashamed to know that there are cops like that out in my country terrorizing my fellow American citizens. What should I do?!?!11!1!!!
