Fat is really just stored energy. When you consume more energy – in the form of food – than your body can use, it is stored as fat. There are about 3,500 calories of energy stored in every pound of excess fat. The nutrients in Converta™ target this stored energy and release it.

3 Family Friendly Summer Activities

When the sun comes out, there’s lots of fun things you can do outdoors as a family. Go out and soak in some vitamin D. Remember to apply sunblock to avoid getting burned though.

#1 Family hike and picnic

Get fit and have fun at the same time. Bring the family out for a hike and picnic. That is one of our family’s favourite activities.

With our sedentary lifestyle, the last thing to do on a clear day is to stay home in front of the TV.

Get up early in the morning and prepare hot dogs, sandwiches, fun snacks and lemonade. Make it a picnic spread the kids will be excited about. Also bring a long a bottle of mineral water for each person who is going. They carry their own water. Don’t forget the picnic mat and raincoats just in case. You could split the picnic stuff amongst you so no one gets overloaded. Bring along wet tissues so you can ‘wash’ your hands with them before eating.

Hike up a hill, or around a lake or reservoir, or a park, or a nature reserve. Whichever captures your fancy. When you have walked enough, or found a scenic spot you want to rest in, spread out the picnic mat and have your picnic.

#2 Fun Fairs

Check the local newspapers for the activities in your area. Check out the fun fairs, food fairs, flea markets and carnivals. There should be more of these in Summer. If the circus is in town, bring the kids there.

Drinks may be expensive, so you would save money if you bring your own.

#3 Kayaking

Summer is the time to indulge in water sports. Get a kayak for the entire family. Make sure everyone wears a life jacket at all times. Dad or another grown up can go out with the little ones. My husband and I brought our kids out kayaking one morning and they loved it completely. Everyone has fun and gets a great arm work out to boot. My younger kid loved it so much that he said that was the best morning ever.

Keeping Motivated to Self Improvement

Having a strong purpose is an essential element in acquiring success, and at times when things are not going to plan you will need to draw on that purpose to keep you motivated. We are what we do consistently and that’s where we get your results from.

“ Your purpose explains what you are doing with your life. Your vision explains how you are living your purpose. Your goals enable you to realize your vision ” – Bob Proctor

Visualize – (the Dream)

It helps if you have a visual impression of exactly what it is you set out to achieve. Whether you want a new car or boat or maybe you have a financial goal or perhaps you want to give up smoking. It’s essential to picture yourself in the position of what it is you want. Picture yourself driving to your new boat in your new car, so when you get there you can sit however you want and not having a smoke. Have a Detailed Vision of what it is you want and see it every day.

Bob Proctor – Quote “ Set a goal to achieve something that is so big, so exhilarating that it excites you and scares you at the same time. It must be a goal that is so appealing, so much in line with your spiritual core, which you can’t get it out of your mind. If you do not get chills when you set a goal, you’re not setting big enough goals ”

Put it in Writing – (the Goal)

It is more powerful than you may believe to commit your goal to writing. When you commit your goal to writing it becomes more than a thought, it becomes official. You have %90 more chance of achieving a goal if you write it down. Achieving goals and especially big goals is the best form of inspiration one can get. It takes hard work, discipline and time to reach a goal, and its achievement is the greatest reward. Setting, resetting and reviewing your goals, is the way to fast track your self improvement.
