SMOKING cigarette, DRINKING beer, I am 56 years old, high blood pressure, help !!!?

What can I do, I am a workaholic, have a daughter who is using meth, a son who does not have a rewarding job.
I have a good husband, make good money, but I smoke, drink, and my blood pressure is up. I tried Chantix, but it made my blood pressure even worse. What do I do…..I feel like I am dying…..my coping mechanism is shot…………….how do I get help…..does anyone have any answers for me. I just feel like I have no control. I can’t quit smoking, I love drinking beer. I am a walking time bomb. Will religion help me, meditation, maybe some counseling, maybe religion……..I am lost … and I cannot find my way………is there anyone out there that can help me, please………I have always helped others……don’t like to ask for help, but I feel like I am at the end of the road….any understand people with knowledge of what I should do out there. If your out there….please help me, I really, really, really need lots of help……God bless……

HOUSTON — A 7-year-old boy who was allegedly shot in the head by a couple who thought he and three other people were trespassing on their property died Saturday, authorities said.

Gayle and Sheila Muhs have been charged with shooting four people, including a 7-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, who they mistakenly thought were trespassing on their property Thursday night. The victims were off-roading near Dayton, Texas, when the couple opened fire, according to officials.

Donald Coffey Jr. died Saturday morning at a Houston hospital, less than two days after the boy was struck in the head by shotgun pellets, Liberty County Sheriff’s Cpl. Hugh Bishop said.

Sheila Muhs and her husband, Gayle, both 45, were charged with second-degree felony counts of aggravated assault in the shootings Thursday. They were being held at Liberty County Jail with bail set at $25,000 each and had not yet retained an attorney, Bishop said.

Bishop said the district attorney could upgrade the charges to murder on Monday, but investigators were “still trying to get the circumstances behind the incident.”

The boy, his 5-year-old sister, their father and a family friend were off-roading near a residential area about 40 miles northeast of Houston when they were shot after stopping so the children could go to the bathroom.

Authorities said the couple fired after they mistakenly thought the group was trespassing on their property.

Bishop said the area includes a dirt road, trees and overgrown brush and that it wasn’t uncommon for people to go off-roading there. The Houston Chronicle reported that a sign in front of the suspects’ home reads: “Trespassers will be shot. Survivers will be reshot!! Smile I will.”

Liberty County Chief Deputy Ken DeFoor said Sheila Muhs fired a 12-gauge shotgun once, then handed it to her husband, who also fired once.

DeFoor said Sheila Muhs then called 911 and told the dispatcher: “They’re out here tearing up the levee, so I shot them.”

DeFoor said the levee belonged to the subdivision and was not private property.

Bishop said there was no indication the unarmed victims did anything threatening toward the Muhs.

Donald Coffey Sr. suffered a pellet wound in his right shoulder and his daughter, Destiny, suffered a wound to the elbow. The family friend, 30-year-old Patrick Cammack, was in serious condition Saturday with a head wound, Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center spokeswoman Alex Rodriguez said.
Divided America-you are jumping to conclusions I haven’t said anything about banning guns. Are you as dangerous as the two nut cases in the article.

I wouldn’t ask but it’s my daughter’s (first child absolute doll) favorite and I’d hate to think I was exposing her to a drug culture at such a young age. I feel terrible and silly for not figuring this out. The other mothers at daycare seem so much more on top of these things than me.

My sister is in trouble with her high school?

My sister is a minor and her boyfriend was caught with drinking and driving. She was not drinking and the school wants to get involved because they heard a rumor that she was drinking. However, the police tested my sister for drinking and it turned out negative. A parent called the school because her daughter does not like my sister. The school forced her to confess that she was drinking. Could the school be held for slander or be sued for false accusations? The police report does not have my sister in any of the report.

Doesn’t she want her child to have some type of morals?
Yeah she LET her get pregnant by him, anytime you give your daughter the free will to visit a guy whose mother deals meth and oxy out of her own kitchen. How did she NOT know what was going on. But I guess since she is a republican it’s okay.
To Head M&M: Obamas’ mother wasn’t a drop-out, and didn’t get pregnant by a man who deals in drugs along with his own mother. she earned her degrees, so she could provide for her child. Unlike palin’s daughter who is a high school drop-out and probably doesn’t know A from B
I mean Palin was preaching that she has such good Christian values, and every thing was picture perfect. She got pregnant twice, we all know Trig is hers

What are the risks of high dosage prescription medications?

A woman I know has “complex regional pain syndrome” and I really don’t know much about this, I just know it’s a supposed pain in your arm or neck that the doctors can’t figure out. Kind of like fibro mialgia. Well, the doctors have her on hydrocodone, oxycdone, oxycontin, zanex, and countless other medications for vomiting, depression, insomnia, & other things. I know this for a fact. She also is a heavy alcohol drinker, mainly wine & beer, and she also smokes. I’m not sure of the dosage of anything except the oxycontin, which I know is 20 mg. She takes a large amount of pills 5 times a day. I know this can’t be good. She still drives. She also has a daughter and I don’t understand how she can take care of her. Also: She only weighs about 135 lbs. What are the risks of all of these things?

first year of college.. She has had a boyfriend all year and has limited the amount of friendships on campus bc of this…She has complained of not fitting in bc she doesn’t drink!! She is also very honest so I suspected a change in her within the last 2 weeks so I asked her last night after seeing some pics online posted by her friend..(which will be her roommate for next year)…if she is drinking now?? and she said yes!! I am so disappointed and saddened by her choice to fall for peer pressure!! What do I do now?? I am paying for her to attend college on campus an hour and a half away…I am very concerned bc alcoholism is a big problem in my family!

I have been married for 27 years to my high school sweetheart. He is a functioning alcoholic.?

He doesn’t miss work at all and continues with his daily activities. He drinks alot when he plays golf. He is drinking more and more. There are so many nights when I come home from work and he is drunk. I absolutely hate it!!! I also hate being with him in public when he is drunk. I am at my wits end. Should I leave him. I have a 19 year old daughter in college and a 16 year old son that is a junior in high school. I’ve been to alanon and read every book on alcholism. I have prayed and prayed I just cannot come to terms with it. I have a good life except for this that eats at my soul. Help!!

let them? Keep in mind that this question is referring to someone that never motivated and doesn’t give a crap about school and would be much happier doing something else, whether it be painting houses or cleaning toilets.
