Would it be possible to homeschool my daughter for the rest of this year?

She is in the tenth grade and my husband and I believe that it would be beneficial to give her a break for the remaining months of this school year. She recently got involved with a group of people that are all heavy drug users which ended in her accidentally smoking marijuana laced with cocaine three times (the cocaine was an accident– my husband and I have agreed that it is alright if she smokes pot on occasion as long as she is safe). Since getting to know these people, her personality and attitude have changed greatly and she seems generally depressed.
On top of that, she was just diagnosed with mononucleosis, causing her to have to miss at least the next five weeks of school while she gets better. By the time she gets back to school, it will basically be time to write exams and she will not be prepared. Does anyone know if there is a way I can homeschool her until the end of the year?
