the other day I got a DUI and Child Ind. out of my house.?

the other day my wife and i got into a fight, so I left and took the kids two blocks up to the park, I was there for a half hour, My wife called my ex best friend and asked him to come get her to go look for me because she thought I had been drinking before I left (Though I had’nt.) So he came to get her and before he did he took it upon himself to call the police and tell them that i was driving drunk with my children, when I got home she was not there so I put the kids to bed and went downstairs and had 3 shots of vodka to calm down, then went outside to have a cig. while I was outside, maybe ten mins after I got home my daughter came running outside because someone was pounding on the door. It was a police officer, Incidently the same cop that has been harassing me on a daily basis for weeks for one thing after another. anyhow he said that he had been told that i was driving with my kids while drunk. and he could smell vodka. so he arrested me for a dui out of my home. Does anyone have any legal advice whatsoever because I really dont know much about this stuff.
