punishing people differently based on wheter the killing occured in:
- self-defense (while protecting your home and family),
- voluntary manslaughter (father momentarily enraged over daughter’s rape),
- involuntary manslaughter (drunk driving),
and
- pre-meditated murder
is stupid also?
According to former Chief Justice, William Renquist, CONSERVATIVE, hate crimes should be punished more harshly because they can lead to retribution also based on race, sex, gender, etc leading to more violence.
Just think Shia, Shiite, and Iraq.

Apparently you missed my post where I proved minorities have also been convicted of hate crimes. All groups can be convicted of hate crimes.
