The internet has ruined my relationship!?

Last week I noticed my partner of 5 years was taking his phone everywhere with him, including the shower. When he wasn’t looking I checked his messages and saw hed been texting some girl from a social networking site. When I confronted him he made out I was crazy! Eventually he admitted it and said it was only her he spoke to and nothing happened, he hadn’t met her. I was hurt but I forgave him. Now over the past week I have an obsession with checking his phone and email. He has registered with 7 sex dating sites and several web cam chat rooms. He says he loves me and he has a problem. Is it really a problem or like most other addictions-a choice? I feel so betrayed. We had a daughter last year and I know I’m not as slim anymore, havent managed to afford a hair cut in over a year and I know Im not a teenager. Am I being too dramatic about this? Im just in so much pain. I cant stop thinking about what hes been doing. Can anyone help me?

I lost my wife, my job, and my 4 sons and 3 daughters because of my addiction. i’m now living with my mom until i can find another job. i’m using my mom’s laptop right now. My wife tried for years to get me help, but i refused her help because i didn’t think i had a problem back then. i beat my kids several times for saying i have a problem and that’s why my wife and kids left me. i can’t stop crying right now. all i do on the internet is watch youtube and play runescape. i’m on for over 14 hours daily. i got so fat and ugly, i hate my body and my life.

This question will be very controversial. How many of you men are addicted to Internet porn?

Are you trying to stop? What is it about internet porn that causes you to want to see it. Would you want your 10 to 13 year old son or daughter to see it? Would you want them or your wife to know about it or do you hide it? Have you talked to anyone about it?
1 Cor 10:13 says There is no temptation that has overcome us but that which is common to us all…( my paraphrase). Yes, I was addicted some 7 years ago to internet porn. I wasd not even looking for it until recently I stumbled on it looking for “angeltv.com” I could not believe what I saw, for free, and then I coudnot believe how I was drawn to it. Over the last 6 months I have viewed it maybe 5 times, and yes I want to stop. I am talking about it with some trusted men in my church and getting prayer.

Paul said The evil that I would not do I do and the Good that I would do I do not do. He found that inside him there was a war going on between his new man and the old or his spirit man -vs- his flesh. Romans 15:1 tells us that “We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak…” Lift a brother up when they fail, and provide encouragement from the scriptures.

This is my whole point in this question to challenge men to a higher standard. The call of Christ.

my daughter is on the computer everyday for a very long time and i fear someday she will get broad spectacles like ugly Betty’s.i had installed fast internet service at $5 (200 rupees) per month.($1=40 rupees) i thought she will use it for useful informational sites but she never does that.instead she just chats and is always on yahoo!answers.she also interacts with strangers on orkut.i don’t like it. some days, she uses sites like wikipedia too, but most of the time she just keeps downloading and chatting and all.and every month the internet bill is as high as $33.(1300 rupees)she has not understood the meaning of internet usage and even after so much time of making her understand, she can’t leave her orkut and chatting life.what to do? i have so many times explained her but in vain,..i cannot keep a password to stop her from going because she gets information too. she everyday surfs on yahoo!answers and gets loads of information and also answers some questions. what should i do?

How is this verse I spit about a picture off the internet.?

Never thought I looked into a picture and see something so wrong/
Once beatuiful a girl but had trouble stayin peacefull and calm/
Releif stress take a deep breathe all the feelings are gone/
But never thought it would turn into a addiction for so long/
Couldnt stop the temptations while her life slowing starts degrating/
I cant even articulate the way she feels in these statments/
Throws another stone to the pavement/
Cant stop the demons shes facing/
her life turns dark and into a different melody/
methamphetamine is the only friend that will never leave/
She Cant beleive that she is strugglin with this drug/
Starts to break down there’s no cover when you feel no love/
Another mother gives in to this sub-stance/
Does that make enough sense daughters cant go to school/
Cuz Mommy needs a few bucks to get her buzzin.

My 12 year old daughter addicted to the internet?

Has anyone else got this problem?
She’ll stay in her room from the minute she gets up, til she goes to sleep at night.
This is usually about, 2pm-3am
Please dont tell me to talk to her about it, she’ll loose her cool with me.

And turning off her internet connection dosen’t work, seeming as our next door neighbors have wifi and she picks up a good signal from there.
help please.
i know for a fact she spends all her time on bebo.
