Help I need out of my lease due to my roommates threats and illegal activity!?

My son and I moved into an townhouse with my roommate and her daughter. Well when things started going wrong I asked her to find someone to sublease. She said she would but it’s been over 3 months, but she won’t allow me to find someone for her either. I figured out she is taking advantage of the situation, because her daughter is now sleeping in my room which I’m still paying for. She has 3 DWI’s and would take my car without asking (which I have proof of via text message). It was when I realized she was taking and selling drugs in our home that I took my son and moved in with my boyfriend even though I am still on the lease. I told her I couldn’t pay rent anymore starting the next month so I was gonna try to find someone to sublease and she said too bad you’re responsible for rent and I don’t have to find a sublet, and she threatened to throw my cat out (which I have proof of via text message). That night I moved ALL of my blongings including my cat. I called my landlord and told him what was going on and he told me my only option was to find someone to sublease, and if I knew of illegal activity going on there to alert the authorities. The only problem is I can’t prove that she’s selling. If I call the cops they will search our house and even though none of my things are there I can still get in trouble for her illegal activity. So I don’t know what to do. My family along with all of our belongings have bee out for 2 months now because we don’t feel safe there and I don’t trust leaving my blongings there. Oh and did I mention she told me my boyfriend and his son aren’t welcome even though I would come home to her friends there without her there whom I’m sure were up to no good. Bottom line I feel like I should be let out of my lease… Any advice I feel I should be let out of the lease without penalty. Or if there’s any other course of action please let me know! I am broke from paying double rent!

How do I evict my daughter’s husband if he’s not on the lease & neither of them have payed any bills/rent?

I have had my daughter, her husband, and their son living with me for over a year. Before the 1st year of the lease was up he was arrested for domestic violence, taken off the lease and my daughter and I signed for another year with just us on it. Since then, she quit working (mental illness/drug abuse), let him move back in (not on the lease), and neither of them work or pay bills. I want out of the lease or at the very least, evict her husband. I want him GONE! He uses drugs in the house and won’t pay bills. She wants to recover from her addictions and mental issues but with him there she can’t do that. Can I, or how do I get him out? Can she legally let him stay because that is her husband even though I have the job and pay the rent?
