MOTHER IN LAW IS DRIVING ME LITERALLY INSANE! PLEASE HELP ME!?

I have married into the family from hell! My mother in law especially is terrible! She is convinced that I am evil, even going so far as to call me the “devil himself”! This lady deliberately starts things with me, on facebook for example, then after I respond to her nasty remarks, erases hers so that all her family and friends see are mine. That leaves them thinking I am this awful person also, and she just goes with it! She has convinced my husbands entire family that I am worthless and a terrible wife and mother. Let me give you a little background on her and I both. MIL: 53 years old, no job, lives in a hotel with Step FIL, whom she cheats on constantly. She smokes crack and is an alcoholic. She has been caught drinking and driving with my children in the car with her. I have had to come to get my children from her care after she hit her husband with a 9 iron to the head in a drunk ed rage a 3 a.m. when the cops phoned my husband and I. My daughter had a concussion after being in her care a few months ago because Grandma didn’t make them wear seatbelts, thought it to be fun to jump a speed hump and my daughter hit her head on the car window. MIL didn’t tell me either, a CT from the hospital did. AND MIL’s response to that was a phone call to my husband after the police left her house saying “I can not believe that you let her call the cops on me!! You knew that she did that and you didn’t even call me to warn me?! She is a young mother and has a lot to learn!” Yes, really! Why were my kids in here care again you ask? Because she is a christian woman and after going to rehab had the entire world, including myself, fooled into believing she was sober. I now know that is a lie, but the rest of the family doesn’t believe me. She miraculously has them believing it is ME making all this stuff up, and that I have my husband BRAINWASHED into believing it also! WTF!?!?!
Background on me:
I do what I am supposed to do! I love her son, have never cheated on him. I have always done my motherly duties! I am a 28 year old epileptic with stress induced seizures, which this lady knows about and swears to God are FAKE.
HOW DO I KEEP DEALING WITH THIS LADY?
My kids want to see Grandma but I want to tell her to go to hell, and I also want her family to know that I am NOT who she says that I am! And how in the world can she claim to be a christian? Who gets smashed on Sat night and goes to church saying BLESS YOU on Sunday morning? I just don’t get it?
Oh, one more thing! The day I found out that my best friend was very sick and dying, I was hysterical. I called MIL and asked her to come stay with the kids for a few minutes so that I could go for a walk to clear my head and calm down so that I didn’t seize. her response? You have got to calm down. you can’t do that with the kids there! Then hung up the phone! LIKE I HAVE CONTROL OVER THE SEIZURES! She swears I have seizures because I am possessed! OMG WHAT DO I DO! I hate these people hating me! I am a good person, she just pushes me to so much negative thinking and I hate it!
