okay..i have a question..a very LONG question?

so..say that there is this woman who competely gave up everything in her life to get high on meth..and before she did meth, she molested her baby daughter..(she is screwed up in many ways)..so… say her husband divirced her and got with me..now she is in jail for robbing people at gun point and will be there for many years. Might I also say that during her 10 year marriage with her ex-husband…(my husband now) she cheated on him on and off the whole time. Well it has been 2 years now that she has been in jail and we have married..we have a 7 month old baby and a 6 year old that came from him and her. Now tell me..if you were in our shoes, and she was trying to keep in touch with her 6 yearl old by letters, …and furthere more..my mother in law, (his mother) is still in contact with her and giving her information on her daughter and sending her pictures what would you do? Wouldn’t you be mad that she is still in contact with her after all the horrible things she did to her family

Computer Diagnosis
One day Bill complained to his friend that his elbow really hurt. His friend suggested that he go to a computer at the drug store that can diagnose anything quicker and cheaper than a doctor.
”Simply put in a sample of your urine and the computer will diagnose your problem and tell you what you can do about it. It only costs $10.” Bill figured he had nothing to lose, so he filled a jar with a urine sample and went to the drug store. Finding the computer, he poured in the sample and deposited the $10. The computer started making some noise and various lights started flashing. After a brief pause out popped a small slip of paper on which was printed: “You have tennis elbow. Soak your arm in warm water. Avoid heavy lifting. It will be better in two weeks.”
Later that evening while thinking how amazing this new technology was and how it would change medical science forever, he began to wonder if this machine could be fooled. He mixed together some tap water, a stool sample from his dog and urine samples from his wife and daughter. To top it off, he masturbated into the concoction. He went back to the drug store, located the machine, poured in the sample and deposited the $10. The computer again made the usual noise and printed out the following message:
“Your tap water is too hard. Get a water softener. Your dog has worms. Get him vitamins. Your daughter is using cocaine. Put her in a rehabilitation clinic. Your wife is pregnant with twin girls. They aren’t yours. Get a lawyer. And if you don’t stop jerking off, your tennis elbow will never get better.”

A long question about if I should call DOCS 11 year old girl. Sorry it is about confusing?

OK so my client jessica comes in every week and she has been with her boyfriend for 3 years, he had a daughter to his old girlfriend and after they split up the mother ended up dieing of a heroin overdose. When the mother died the girl went to live with the mothers boyfriend at the time (not her father). DOCS ended up being called becaus he was mistreating the girl not feeding her and would hardly give her anything to dirnk and use to make her stand against a wall all day.

Dos ended up taking the girl of him and too his to live with Jessica and the girls biological father.

Jessica is always coming in complaining “Oh I hate that little bitch”, i feel like crying. She will constantly tell me about how if her and the boyfriend have a fight she will go into the girls room and break all her toys and trash her room.

Jessica and her boyfriend (the girls father) will go out on the weekend and smoke ice and take a mixture of other drugs, If they are not at home smoking it inside (even thought the girl is in the next room) they willl take him to a neighbours house for the night who they dont even know from a bar of soap.

I am sure the girl is well fed and she is going to school. I just feel terrible the things that Jessica tells me and how the smoke ice while the girl is in the house and they leave drugs lying around all the time.

I have a 2 year old and she will still come in say “I dont know why anyone has kids they are horrible I cant stand them, they always get in the way you can never do anything or go anywhere”

Maybe I am over reacting.

What are some of your favorite food and drinks to bring on a long road trip?

My husband and I will be driving a 16 foot truck to help my daughter and her husband move to their new home. It is a 12 hour drive, and maybe a bit longer because the truck may slow us down a bit. I’m looking for ideas for snacks and meals to carry with us. We’ll have a cooler and plenty of room. My daughter and her fiance will be driving a Ford Ranger, my husband and I will be driving the big ole truck.

newborn baby has thrush on her bum – how long does it take to clear? tips to make nappy change less painful?

My 7 day old daughter has thrush on her bum. Its very raw and very sore for her. She screams at every nappy change, especially if she does wees while her nappy is off. I think it must sting like crazy. I use huggies nappies and i am just using warm water and a very soft cloth on her bottom, i also am not wiping, i just sort of dab it. I dry her bum afterwards and then i apply the cream my midwife prescribed for her. We started using the cream yesterday and she said to use it at every nappy change for 3 or 4 days, however its the end of day 2 (well we started using it yesterday afternoon) and i havnt noticed any change, it definately hasnt got any better yet. I give her as much time as i can without a nappy on but she is usually screaming and crying that its hard to settle her without her nappy on. I have stopped drinking orange juice and eating acidic foods to see if that helps. Also she is fully breastfed. So if anyone has any help that would be great
Oh.. its a diaper. We call them nappies. Im from one of those ‘weird’ countries that put a ‘u’ in everything too. Labour, honour, colour etc.

How can I find all long lost friend, without spending money?

I’m looking for some old friends of my family, most specifically the daughter Marie-Anne. We lived in the same building during our childhood, with her family occupying the second floor of our duplex in Ville Lassalle. We spent allot of time with the family, going to birthday parties and visiting her grandmothers cottage in Mont-Tremblant, all of my best childhood memories are from that time.

We have lost track of the entire family in the years after both of our families moving out, and we strongly wish to find out what has become of them. The communication stopped when my mother discovered that my friend’s mother was addicted to Heroin.

The last thing we know about them is that the children were both taken in by social services and the mother was put into a rehab facility for her Heroin addiction. A couple of years later the mother gave my mom a call saying that she was going through a healing process, that she wanted my moms forgiveness. She let us know that her daughter was living with her boyfriend and that her son was going to move back in with her. Because of my families own problems, we lost contact with the family again.

That was three years ago. Since then both my mother and I have tried finding them, our only help came from the sister of my friends mother who told us that she only knew that they were all alive.

I know that you must be wondering why I would want to come in contact with this family, and after all the things that they have put me through I wonder the same thing. But at the same time I have allot of good memories with them, memories that beg me to find out what happened to my friend and her family.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how I can find them, I have no money to spend so I can’t use a paying service.
The most helpful answer will obviously get 10 points, but you will also help bring me peace of mind.

How long it will take for you to give up?

After the divorce, her teenage daughter became increasingly rebellious.
It culminated late one night when the police called to tell her that she had to come to the police station to pick up her daughter, who was arrested for drunk driving.
They didn’t speak until the next afternoon.
Mom broke the tension by giving her daughter a small gift-wrapped box.
Her daughter nonchalantly opened it and found a small piece of a rock.
She rolled her eyes and said, “Cute Mom, what’s this for?”
“Here’s the card,” Mom said.
Her daughter took the card out of the envelope and read it. Tears started to trickle down her cheeks.
She got up and gave her mom a big hug as the card fell to the floor.
On the card were these words:
“This rock is more than 200 million years old. That’s how long it will take before I give up on you.”

How long does it take to get the results back from D&A testing back?

I know a man that has been sexually molesting a thirteen year old little girl. She kept getting UTI and bleeding from the bowels when the doctor found seman in her urine.The perpertrater was the one that took her to the doctor around the 1st of November and the results are still not back. The perpetrator ( The little girls grandmothers live in ) did not want the Doctor doing the test but they did them anyway because this was the 2nd time he had brought her in with the same problem.The grandmother Patricia and the live in David has raised the child because the mother of the child Patricias daughter give her to her mom when she was a baby . Patricia is an alcoholic and has been caught while drinking and driving several times. Some with Kayla in the car. I hope i haven’t rattled to much. I always do when i am nervous . I am very nervous that he is still free to do what he wants. Kayla was removed by social services and given to her mom and mom has probably given her back to Patricia .

OMG it has been eleven weeks since the DNA testing was done
AS far as i know one in the family believes he is guility but me.I have my reasons to believe he is one being that he slept with her. No one seems to believe that any testing was done on David.

tenant doing drugs and stealing need advice its long?

My husband, mother,and I purchased an apartment building in Sept 08. I have never had to deal with the problems I am having now and would like some advice. The previous owner did not have any rules or guidelines. His lease simply said the amount of the rent and security deposit the effective date and there were to be no air conditioners or pets. We asked around town (it is small townt hat does not even have a mail carrying service only PO boxes) All anyone could say about him and the building was good.

We have come to learn that he is basically a jerk but that doesn’t even matter now. The problems I am having is with the tenants. One set in particular r really getting under my skin. For months things were fine. If there would be a problem we would tell the mother and she would take care of it.

Recently, however, I have come to find out that there are a lot of drugs in that apartment. I had been smelling something horrible in my bathroom. Another tenant reported the smelling of it too. It was pot. We told the tenant (whos bathroom it was coming from) about it. She laughed and said that they didn’t do drugs. Then her son admitted that he smokes it in his bedroom (which is bside their bathroom which connects to my bathrm and the other tenants bathrm) he also said that he goes into the bathrm and smokes it. I told him if I smelled it again or ever caught him smoking it on my property they would be evicted.

Now, the tenants daughter loves to share information. She is young and friends with my younger sister and she just talks even if you don’t wnat the information. She was telling us how badly her mother and her mothers bf are into pills. Every Thur the mother goes to a dr then another dr on Fri she gets some type of narcotic. She then is messed up all wkend and also sells the pills. One Sat night we were in the back yard doing smores at the fire pit. The tenant came out and was out of it. She could barely function stand talk walk anything.

the bf also is a heroin addict (according to the daughter and son). he is also a thief. We had cleaned a unit and there was a metal wardrobe in it. I threw it at the dumpster. Here the garbage co. wouldn’t take it. There was also a bunch of other metal scraps we had found while cleaning a section of the property. We planned to haul it in. The other day as I was mowing I noticed that it was gone. It is funny bc previously it kept getting beat in and broken apart to smaller pieces while the tenant had his car. Now he has his truck and it goes missing on the same day he gets the truck back. (This is his MO so he is highly suspected on my list of people. Considering everyone else around here doesn’t have the means to transport or move it is another reason along with him stealing metal from other people) in one way it doesn’t matter bc it wasn’t much but in another way I am angry about it. I also found out that he knew how to sneak into the basement. One day my 19 yr old brother was home visiting. My mother and husband and I went somewhere when we came back my brother said the tenant came to him and asked him to go in the basement w/ him bc he needed the breaker flipped (they are constantly flipping breakers and its all new wiring!) my brother (being too nice) agreed. THe tenant went into the laundry room and from there was able to jiggle open the one door. However he only did the jiggling he had my brother open it. We have secured that door much better (which it had been secured so I do not understand how his jiggling or whatever opened it!) But there had been many times I would go in the basement and find the door open or would think I saw someone in a dark corner. I assumed it to be the regular creepiness of a basement now I wonder if it was him. I also had someone enter my apartment from the basement (I am the only one with a direct entrance to the basement).

The biggest problem I have is I can not actually prove anything. My lawyer says that I need some kind of proof. All I have is hear say. He also said that if I allege these things they could come back with slander. What can I do to get rid of these people?!
Just a bit of side information is I do have a very nice lease with all tenants. In fact they had a fit. The one came to my door complaining how everyone hated the previous owner and his rules then left it at that and went on to say how ridiculious I was etc (its a standard lease I don’t know why everyone was so upset)
thnx james. I haves tried to enlist the help of the police. however we have to rely on the state police bc we are such a small town. They are not too interested in offering their help. I have considered calling our drug investigation task force for the county and seeing where I get.
I have already had the leases redone. All are month to month (due to the length they have already lived here and I did not want to force them to stay should they not like my new rules) One however (which is the one I am having problems with) is a yr lease bc the tenant is on HUD
