my 32 year old daughter is a longterm addict and now is a prostitute.?

My daughter has battled drug addiction since she was 15 she has battled addiction. She recovered in rehab a few years back but has relapsed. Her drug of choice is meth and crack. She has three children whom she has lost custody. This year she has been working as a “escort” to keep her in drugs and such. Just recently she ended up in the hospital with MRSA infection from IV drug use. I brought her home to care for her. She was with me for 5 days and then she grabbed her stuff and ran out the house stating she had a $400 dollar date. That was Saturday, today is Tuesday. She is gone again using and hooking. I am stuck with her stuff and all the stories she told me about her “life” running around in my head. I have been trying to help her and keep her alive for 17 years and its killing me. As parents we are supposed to out-live our children. I am so scared that I will lose her one day. I love her so much and when she was here for 5 days recovering I actually saw the daughter that I love. Now she is gone again. I am so scared for her. What do I do?
