So how do you tell your baby’s moma that she needs to change a bit?

My husbands to chicken to tell his daughters mother that she may need to change her parenting skills a bit. I posted a question that my step-daughter is out of control. Truth is i think that she may have distractions, like her mother drinking and driving with her in the car. Her mother aguments with her ex/current boyfriend, her upfrunt dating with serveral men and the child being the cover-up (when they call,etc), and possible lack of attention to my s-daughter (her mom go’s out alot). I feel like my babies mama needs a talking to, but i dont think that i should be the one to do it, we get along, but we are not friend all like that. My husband speaks with the mom, but never brings up the issues we have that my stepdaughter has brought to our attention. Now that she has faid school. I can see a turn for the worst, now for me this is a deff eye opener that something is wrong in her home. My fear is that both may give up on her because it is easer. What should i do or say to her mom.
