Period 5 days early & sudden nausea?

  • Posted on January 13, 2011 at 9:24 pm

I have 2 kids, a 4 year old daughter & 10 month old son. We are not trying to conceive at this time, but this is very weird to me. 2 nights ago I felt very weird, and not feeling very well, and got very nauseous out of nowhere. I thought maybe it was because I had a couple drinks, and then had dinner. But that never happens to me. I went to bed and woke up feeling fine. Yesterday I was very tired feeling, but felt okay. And today I woke up feeling okay, and went grocery shopping. At the grocery store it looks like I may have started a light period, but it isn’t due until the 9th. My period is 28 day cycle and very regular. So I am 5 days early. Then as i was putting away groceries, I suddenly felt VERY nautious, went to the bathroom, and had some dry heaves, no puke though. But still feel queesy. Anyway, with both of my children, I never had any symptoms. And have NEVER felt this way before a period or during. Does this sound like a possible pregnancy? Or am I over reacting to just a weird period month? I also feel very achey in my lower back & legs…
omgoodness, i also forgot to mention my appetite has increased this last week! wow, this is a bit scary…
Oh yeah…and this week I also did get a slight yeast infection, which i DID get very early on in both of my pregnancies..

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 10:12 pm

It is true, we all feel anxious from time to time. Everybody gets nervous before a big test, the championship game, a really good looking date, and obviously speaking in front of a lot of people. However, if the anxiousness you feel is too much to handle, you are probably going through anxiety attacks. I want to talk to you about the physical symptoms of anxiety attacks so you can tell if you are having one.

Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks

* Fatigue
* Headaches
* Hot flashes
* Trouble sleeping
* Dizziness
* Feel like you are going crazy
* Nausea
* Shaking
* Sweating
* Fast heart rate

Now here are a few of the emotional symptoms of an anxiety attack

* Being overly nervous
* Self conscious or insecure with yourself
* Constantly feeling “on the edge”
* Feeling uneasy all day long

Those are the most common symptoms of anxiety attacks, but there are many more. What should you do if you are having an anxiety attack? Obviously you need to stay calm and relax, the more you focus on your attack the worse you will get. Breathe slowly and try to learn some techniques that will help you when you feel like you are about to get one.

If you have been experiencing some of those symptoms for over six months the odds are almost 100% that anxiety attacks are happening. You need to take control of them before they take control of you. The best way to take control of your panic attacks is to have a plan of action.

When it comes to anxiety attacks, you should not take them lightly. If panic attacks get worse they can become extremely dangerous. Remember, those are just some of the Physical Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks, you could be having some other symptoms that are not listed. Take control of you panic attacks before they take control of you. Visit http://www.physical-symptoms-of-anxiety-attacks.blogspot.com for information of a program called Panic Away.

How To Treat Panic Attacks – Take Back Control Of Your Life.

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 7:57 pm

In my job as a Paramedic I am often asked how to treat panic attacks. Panic attacks are extremely frightening. They seem to come out of the blue, completely at random, make people feel powerless, out of control, and as if they are about to die or go mad. Many people experience this problem, but many also learn to cope and, eventually, to overcome it successfully.

A panic attack is an exaggeration of the body’s normal response to fear, stress or excitement. When faced with a situation seen as potentially threatening, the body automatically gears itself up for danger, by producing quantities of adrenalin for ‘fight or flight’. This would have prepared our cave man ancestors to fight or run away from danger, but it’s much less appropriate to the stresses we come across today. Symptoms of panic attacks include difficulty in breathing, chest pain, feeling faint or dizzy, nausea and tingling in the hands, feet and lips. All of these symptoms are extremely frightening but can be overcome.

But how to treat panic attacks? Traditionally, repeated panic attacks have been treated with medications but increasingly, Doctors are realising that this is not the most effective option. Increasingly, they are turning to more natural methods using psychotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy. These methods are not nearly as scary as they sound! They simply look at issues you may have had in the past that may be triggering the attacks and teach you methods to control these emotions.

One of the most successful methods in recent years teaches you to recognise the beginning of an episode and how to treat panic attacks yourself. With over 34,000 people having tried the system and with exceptional results this is a system which can help you overcome panic attacks for good.

James Thompson is a Paramedic in the UK and has treated thousands of panic attack victims. He has personally tested this highly effective method for treating panic attacks. Try it now and get your life back.
