6 yr old warrants in NY related to assualt/dui/ and possession of hypodermic needle.?

My background for this question is as follows. I a particularly dark period in my life I was arrested for 1st degree assualt in my home state of NY. My only previous arrest was a DUI 3 years prior. While I was out on bail for the assault I had a second DUI. I pleaded to 2nd degree assault (they lumped in the DUI) and was assigned to rehab followed by three years probation.
After returning from rehab, I got back together with my ex and we started to use heroin. I became a total junkie over the next 6 months. I tested positive for morphine at probation and was told to enter rehab again. During this time I was also arrested for having a hypodermic needle in my possesion and let out on station bail with a ticket to return (this was not in my home town).
So being strung out and terrified I decided to stop going to probation and I left the state, living 3000 miles away for the next 6 months. Still with a major junk habit.
I continued to get high, moved back to NY after my boyfriend of 3 years died (suicide). So in total i was on heroin for about 3 years, the whole time in and out of rehab and detox. Somehow I managed to stay under the radar of the authorities for a total of 6 years now.
My current husband and I met after my ex had dies and we used heroin together fro another 2 years. I became pregnant mistakenly, and decided to keep the baby. We both were able to get on methdadone and quit heroin shortly there after. We got married, big family wedding, the whole bit (we are both blesseed with extremely understanding and loving families). Now we are the proud parents of a two and a half year old and i have not touched any drugs in two years +. I am still on methadone, but we live a completely happy normal life aside form that.
My question is this- If I were to turn myself in on these old warrants (one for absconding from probation, one for not showing up on the needle possession ticket) what would likely be my fate? Would I serve jail time or would i be given a chance to finish my probation? I am a completely reformed person now (the methadone clinic has drug tested me every other week for 2 years- all clean). I can’t live my life fully with this hanging over my head. no one in our families has any clue I am in this situation. Any idea what kind of jail time I would be looking at? Would they take into account all the positive changes I have managed to make on my own in the past 6 years, and the fact that I have a daughter to care for? What’s my best and worse case scenario? Any thoughts are much appreciated!
you obviously are ignorant about methadone but thanks. my kid lives an amazing life. its no different than taking blood pressure medicine for me at this point.
