NOT on probation/parole, but have been ordered to go to drug classes by a domestic judge. Can they test me?

I was on parole until earlier this year and successfully completed. I have a girlfriend with a very aggressive mother and after an infinitesmal amount of episodes, the passive person in me blew up and told her I was going to punch her in her @#$%&! face when she entered my home. The very next day, I was served with a restraining order. She had her daughter file against me! Ultimately, we went to court and had the P.F.A. dropped, BUT with the stipulation that I attend Domestic Violence classes coupled with D.A.T.S., an acronym for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services. Now, I will be the first to admit that I take suboxone, and I KNOW I am minimizing, but it keeps me away from heroin, which I haven’t done in approximately 6 years. I see absolutely no problem with them, and will probably do them the rest of my life. It’s about as blunt as I can be. So yes, I plan on being completely recalcitrant because the crazy lady has me taking classes for treating her daughter like a precious stone and in lieu of my altruism to their whole family being innocuous to my well-being, the malevolence of her diabolical mother has me on death row. I have been told that being that there is no law enforcement officer that works there and the fact that I am on neither probation nor parole, it is a scare tactic from the agency itself (D.A.T.S.) Please help…

Can I be court ordered to have no contact from my fiance?

He became intoxicated and assaulted both me, and my 14 year old daughter, who called 911. He has assaulted me in the past…unfortunately. I did a 5 day restraining order that night..basically because the cops encouraged me to..but did not extend it. Child Services, of course, is involved. I have to go to court this week…my daughter told me the social worker is going to put an order for no contact from my fiance to her…but is there a possibility she will also make a no contact for he and I? If so, isn’t that my constitutional right, whom I wish to associate with?

Has anyone ever ordered a Court ordered drug test on a X-spouse (shared parenting)?

My X-husband and I got divorced about 2 years ago. Mainly because he got into drugs. He had passed a drug test though during the divorce (urine test) because he knew it would come up by the judge so he prepared. Now two years later we still have shared parenting–he has drastically dropped weight and I know for 100% he is using again. A friend of his has now come to me with with details stating he and the gf are on heroin, Oxycontin, adderol and percocet. So ASAP I called my attorney to set up a Court Ordered Hair Follicle test to get my Daughter out of his custody since we are shared. Do they normally take them down to just supervised visits if proved guilty??? I am hoping they will force him to get help…because its no longer and addiction with him its an illness. He recently had a heart attack according to family and he is 29! Do you know how much notice they give them before the test….because he is the type to shave all parts of his body to avoid testing. I just hope its not to long for him to quit just for the test. I am really worried for my daughters safety and his health. Especially since my daughter loves him so much. Only kind responses please………
