Party in a Luxury Limousine!

  • Posted on January 16, 2010 at 12:07 am

Organizing a special event such as an 18th or 21st or someone’s leaving party can be a lot of hard work. There are lots of things to take into consideration including the location, catering, invitations and music. For a really unique venue how about hiring a party bus for the occasion? Party buses offer a great place for events as you can relax in the back whilst someone else does all the driving! They provide a safe and fun alternative to a night out on the town, and a guarantee that every minute of the evening is spent partying.

Often the worst part of a night out is getting home. Trying to organize a taxi for a group of people often involves waiting around in a long taxi queue, freezing cold weather, and drunken people, never mind the expense. Hiring a party bus can avoid all this, it can either be used to pick you up then ferry you around various bars and clubs, or it can even be the actual venue, the party is held on the bus!

A party bus is ideal as a venue as everyone gets picked up and is sure of a lift home afterwards. Everybody can have a few drinks and let their hair down without worrying about drink driving, and there is no issue with parking, let the bus driver do all the worrying.

If you have a young son or daughter, perhaps celebrating their 16th or 18th birthday, then a party bus is a safe alternative for them and their friends. You don’t have to sit at home worrying about them and how they will get home as you know exactly where they are.

Party buses can be used for a number of occasions, whether they are a special event or not. They are also suitable for entertaining business associates, a party bus can provide a fun and relaxing tour of the city, and is sure to impress as an alternative night out.

Hire a luxury party bus and everything you could possible need for a nights entertainment is included on board. Huge plasma TV’s, high tech stereo systems, DVD players, fibre optic lighting systems and even built-in bars will give the atmosphere of being in an ultra trendy nightclub or bar, and there’s no entrance fee!

If you are looking for a venue for your hen party then a party bus can be a chic and stylish place to host it, as well as being easy on the pocket. With a relaxed atmosphere for the guests the extra advantage is no closing time, the party can go on all night long if that’s what you want. The interior of a Party bus can be pretty spacious and include tables for light finger food and drinks to be made available with enough seating for more than 30 guests.

Most people are very surprised when they actually see how the inside of a party bus can be transformed. Designed to impersonate a stylish bar or fashionable club, they have luxury seats laid along the sides of the bus so there is enough room in the centre aisle to socialize or turn it into a dance floor. Sit around and chat with some of your oldest friends, or dance the night away!

Party buses are deliberately set up for unique events and have extra elements that are guaranteed to make the night a great success that will be remembered by everyone for years to come. Modern sound systems, mirrors on the ceilings and modern décor all add to the occasion, and once you set off you forget you are on an actual bus. Just give the directions to the driver and sit back and enjoy.

Hiring a NJ party bus for your event is a truly innovative idea, and a safe and reliable method of getting around. Check online for companies that specialize in party buses and stretch limo rentals.

  • Posted on January 11, 2010 at 12:07 am

When you are planning for your child’s sweet sixteen birthday party, bear in mind that you are planning for a big and memorable occasion. The age of sixteen is very significant in the life of a growing young girl. Usually the sixteenth birthday ushers the girl into maidenhood. Therefore its quite necessary to plan it alongside with her, but relatively children at sixteen often time prefers celebrating the party outside their homes. Jesus Has an S&m Party to Attend

JESUS HAS AN S&M PARTY TO ATTEND

I have had glimpses of this for some time now. It has not been as clear as the show bar word. Jesus is going to make an appearance at S&M parties. He isn’t bringing judgment. He is bringing wine. A big keg of joyful wine. New wine. Fresh wine. Addictive wine. It will be a suddenly. People will be having their underground sex party and suddenly an unexpected guest will make his appearance.

Suddenly a party of sex will be transformed into a party of ecstasy. A different kind of ecstasy. The kind of ecstasy not found in a pill or a bottle. The kind of ecstasy that Brother Lawrence and St. Teresa Of Avila experienced. I see a sudden freedom. Liberation and laughter. Liberation from a mind that binds. Why should revival be closed in behind church walls? God can visit who and where ever he wants. And Jesus has an S&M gig to attend. I see people totally wiped out and wacked out in the Spirit. People will say “These people have lost their minds!”.

They will be filled to the brim and healed from within. Inner wounds being healed. Many sons and daughters will return to their mothers and fathers and families will be reunited. Something will change that night. Lives will be transformed. Hope will return There will be laughter and joy as the Lord fills, fills, fills to the brim. A new wine of another kind.

Pentecost In Bible Studies And Cell Groups

I see a suddenly occur in little faithful bible studies and cell groups. I see a wind and I see a fire. I then see crying out hour after hour after hour. I see a hunger. A mighty hunger within. Small towns will changed. There will be wild fire in the streets and hospitals. A fire no man can contain. Other cities I don’t see this. I see people going to bed one night and waking up the next morning to realize that hell has come to there city. The media will be in shock.

Cops patrolling the streets. Crime running rampant.

JESUS IS GOING TO DANCE CLUBS AND BARS TO GET DRUNK

One night while lying on my bed, the Holy Spirit prompted me to hold my fingers like I was smoking a joint and to take a hit. I did and I got totally wasted on Jesus. I did again and got more wasted. I got so wasted that I could literally not see straight and since then I have had dreams and visions. I could see many dance clubs and bars. I could see people enter the clubs and bars and they were drunk, but not drunk as you suppose.

They were wild and crazy. They were totally and completely insane to the natural mind. They were thinking from another place. Another world. Not only were bars being transformed but cities were as well. It looked like Brownsville or Toronto, or all the previous revivals we have read about or have been a part of. The only difference is that it was everywhere. It was at Wal Mart and Taco Bell.

I saw spontaneous preaching from tables and bar stools. I saw water Baptism with beer mugs and in horse troughs. I saw spontaneous worship, singing and revival. I saw people not only unable to drive, but to even leave. They would lay on the bar rooms floor or Wal Mart or where ever for hours. And once they did leave they would only fall back into a trance for weeks at a time.

I saw people being healed and signs and wonders. It wasn’t from laying on of hands, but a thick Glory that would enter the places or cities. I could even see visual manifestations of the Glory. You have permission to repost this just at the link to my blog. Thanks Kevin

Why Plan An After Prom Party

  • Posted on January 5, 2010 at 10:07 am

From the time I enrolled my daughter in elementary school it seemed that the world was out to ruin her innocence. Her know-it-all six year old friends with older brothers and sisters shared the world’s reality with her on a daily basis. And I, who was happy living in the land of talking stuffed animals, was in no hurry to debate the concept of Santa Claus.

Unfortunately, that age of innocence doesn’t last long enough. Whether we like it or not, reality plops itself on the sofa in our living room and sits there while our children struggle through adolescence. About the time that we’re able to find some common ground, they’re talking to us about claiming their independence and graduating from high school.

If there’s one thing I’ve discovered in parenting, it’s that we can protect our children from many things when they’re under our roof. Once they’re out of sight however, their own their own. Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean anything bad will happen; unless they’re with one of those know-it-all friends they’ve known since the first grade.

Seriously, peer influence can be a constant source of challenge, growth, and heated conversations in homes across America. In addition to marketing messages that conflict with our parenting goals, our teenagers are heavily influenced by their friends. Therefore, it’s imperative that we do what we can to guide and protect them.

The pressure to experiment with alcohol and drugs is a constant source in the lives of teenagers and is often the gateway to risky sexual encounters. In addition to alcohol, many teenagers resort to tobacco, club drugs, inhalants, steroids, and methamphetamines just to fit in. Why not make it easy for them to just say no on prom night!

Because prom night is seen as a “right of passage,” anything parents can do to create an alternative to rented hotel rooms and unsupervised parties is a wise idea. According to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (see www.madd.org/stats/2421), on the weekend of my daughter’s prom in May 2000, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, FARS data reported that there were 246 total traffic fatalities. From the “Prom/Graduation Weekend Alcohol-Related Fatalities – 2000″ report, 136 of the motor vehicle traffic fatalities (55.2%) were alcohol related.

With the help of the community and one another, parents can take a stand against the negative persuasion and fight the devastating statistics as reported by the NHTSA. By following the outline in the After Prom Party Guide, parents can plan and implement an After Prom party to keep their teenagers off the street after the prom. Designed to insure the safety and well being of high school teenagers, all-night After Prom parties are a sure bet for free food, fun and entertainment.

Although most parents come to accept the fact that their children do make their own choices and they can’t blame the first grade friends for every bad decision, no parent wants the challenge of “what if” questions of themselves. Prom night is supposed to be a wonderful time – let’s make it our mission to keep our teenagers safe and off the streets. That idea was the motivation and the inspiration behind the After Prom Party Guide.

Company Christmas Party — Beware of the Drunken Lout!

  • Posted on January 2, 2010 at 12:06 am

‘Tis the season to be jolly and to attend the yearly corporate shindig — the office Christmas party! The idea of the annual holiday event is rooted in corporate goodwill. A way to show appreciation to its employees for a year of hard work. This is all well and good but the reality is that most working stiffs view the office Christmas party as a corporate-like event that they, being mindful of their career, must attend. And then there’s the inevitable visitation of the drunken lout who takes the celebration a bit too far.

In an independent survey of 1000 office workers reveal that one out of five workers regret their actions at the office Christmas party. Social fears, boring events and open bars often lead to excessive drinking making office parties a social minefield. Over a third of workers admitting dreading ‘the walk of shame’ to work the next morning, to find out whether they had enhanced or limited their career the night before. The survey revealed that a tenth of workers take the opportunity of their bosses ‘high spirits’ to ask for a pay rise, another tenth confessed to being physically sick in front of colleagues due to excessive drinking — not a great move if you’re bucking for a promotion next year.

A third of workers admitted to regretting kissing a colleague during the party or worse – going home with a co-worker or client. One admitted to kissing the bosses daughter who turned out to be much younger then he thought! Eight out of ten respondents say they “danced like an idiot” in front of bosses and upper management. Most all attendees say they hate the fact that photos are taken during the event. These are often posted on the company website, just so you can share your worst embarrassment with those who may have missed it.

Then there’s the photocopier…workers just can’t seem to keep their body parts off the copier during in-office Christmas parties. People obviously let their hair down at Christmas time and the printer/copier tends to get a bit of extra-curricular activity during the festive period. Copier repairs increase as much as 17% during the holiday season due to ‘non-work related’ incidents. Often these calls are to repair broken glass which had been sat on, or to fix paper jams that revealed evidence of embarrassing images. One technician reported that a customer suggested an office identity parade to find the provider of the incriminating evidence! The survey also discovered bizarre items which had been found in a photocopier such as a snake, a kitchen knife, a sausage, a condom, stockings, a vibrator and even a check for $2000.00.

Statistics from an independent survey of 1000 office workers:

- A third of office workers have gone home with or kissed a colleague or client at their office Christmas party.

- A tenth of workers have been sick in front of colleagues due to excessive drinking.

- A tenth of office workers have told a colleague or boss that they fancy them.

- A third of office workers admitted dreading ‘the walk of shame’ to work the next morning.

- A tenth of workers take the opportunity of their bosses ‘high spirits’ to ask for a pay rise.

- Two fifths of office workers admitted that they regrettably bad-mouthed bosses or co-workers while intoxicated at the office Christmas party.

- A third of workers owned up to “dancing like an idiot” in front of the boss.

- A fifth of employees regretted belting out karaoke songs in front of their colleagues.

Some advice to get help you navigate the Christmas party pitfalls:

- Dress Appropriately – If you’re unsure, ask a more experienced co-worker whose opinion you trust.

- Timing is Everything – You don’t want to be the first to arrive or the last.

- Get Out of the Corner – Mingle!

- Pace Thyself – Avoid the temptation to over indulge at the bar!

- Keep your Hands to Yourself – Avoid any temptation even if you and a certain other ‘fancy’ each other. The party is not an appropriate place.

- Be Merry and Bright – Make the best of it and enjoy yourself. Nobody like a sourpuss!

- Exit, Stage Right – Don’t be associated with the last call bunch.

Though the Office Christmas party can be a potential minefield it’s also a chance to enjoy the company of your favorite co-workers and celebrate — with limitations. Keep the celebrating in check lest you blow that future promotion or worse — become the drunken lout! You don’t want to be seen groping, kissing or acting stupid in front of upper management. The next time you’re up for a promotion they’re going to think about your lack of judgment and control. It is important, however, to attend. You’ll be doing your corporate career duty and, who knows, you may actually have fun.
