The Safest Way To Approach Your Ex Girlfriend And Ask Her Back

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 10:12 pm

If you are looking for ways on how to get your ex girlfriend back but have no clue as to where to begin, I have good news for you. You have found what you are looking for. I’ll share with you some ways on how to effectively get your ex girlfriend back using the safest and fool-proof means.

Leave her alone for the mean time. This is one important advice to be taken if you want to get your ex girlfriend back. Remember that not giving her the proper time and space will not get you any closer on getting her back. This is the most common advice you’ll ever get. This means no texting, calling or talking to her for a period of time. Give her about 2 weeks or a month to calm down and gain some perspective to be open to you again. Give her time to think about what really happened in your relationship. Let time heal her.  If she realizes that all that has been done is not worth losing you, I tell you she might even be the one to try and win you back.

Be her friend again. After a month of no communication, you can now send her a simple text message asking how she is. If she ignored you then it’s not yet the right time but if she does then start letting her know that you’re still there for her. You can start by chatting with her when she’s on-line but do talk about your break-up yet; she’ll just turn away. Offer your help in case she needs it. Make her know that you’re there to listen to whatever she needs to say.

Apologize and mean it. I mentioned this last because this is the most important tip especially if you are the one who had a mistake. Now that you are her friend again, tell her how really sorry you are for causing the break up. Show her that you still care and want her back. Be sincere when doing this. Remember to look into her eyes.

Are you up to the challenge? It will not be easy at first, but if you do exactly as what I said, then you will see that how to get your ex girlfriend back is easy to do. You just need to be determined and patient enough. Be courageous and remember that sincerity will take you a long way.

Just broke up?

Getting your ex girlfriend back should be easy if you know that right thing to do. Carefully choose what you say and the steps you take to make her fall in love with you once again.

4 Hot Strategies to Lose Weight

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 10:12 pm

If you are overweight and are sick and tired of carrying around excess bulk day after day there are some changes that you could make that would melt off that useless fat. If you implement these strategies you will find that over time the fat will disappear and your lean, firm muscles that are buried underneath will begin to reveal themselves.

Here are four hot tips that will shift stubborn body fat for good:

1) You must strength train – This type of exercise is the number one tool for your fat loss success. Not only does it burn calories during the sessions it increases your metabolism (your body’s engine) 24/7. Unlike cardio type activities like walking, jogging or cycling that only burn calories while you are doing the activity strength training has a much more beneficial effect for a much longer period of time.

The more you can build and tone your muscle tissue the more calories you will burn permanently. This is the mechanism that will get rid of that excess body fat and keep it off for good.

Even if your goal is solely to lose body fat you need to strength train. This will help prevent any loss of muscle tissue when calories are reduced. If this should happen you will slow your metabolism, stall your fat loss efforts and turn yourself into a skinny fat person.

2) Include interval training – This involves short bursts of intense activity followed by recovery periods. This will make the overall length of your workout much shorter in duration than typical aerobic sessions but you will receive three times the results.

An example of this would be to briefly warm up then do 10-20 seconds of sprinting followed by walking for thirty seconds to one minute. You could also jump rope as fast as you can for the same time period followed by slow rope jumping.

Repeat this sequence 8-12 times starting with once a week and increasing it to twice a week as you become more conditioned. Try and work harder each time in the short bursts rather than longer. But be warned, these sessions are brutal but the results will astound you.

3) Reduce your calories gradually – The very bottom level of calories that you should ever eat is 2100 for men and 1800 for women. If you go below these levels you will set off your body’s ‘starvation mode’ reducing your metabolism and making it near impossible to burn off body fat.

Instead, you should reduce your calories slowly, making small reductions every week or two in order to prevent this metabolic slowdown and allow your body to burn fat for energy at an optimal rate.

4) Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals per day – This will ensure that you supply your body with the nutrients necessary to create enough energy to support your exercise program. It will also increase your metabolic rate for even greater calorie burning. If you go too long between meals you can trigger the ‘starvation mode’ slowing down your metabolism which is the exact opposite of what you need to be doing.

Don’t waste your time looking for quick fixes. These are the most basic strategies that you need to master to ever have any success with losing that body fat. Get your exercise program right followed by your eating and you will have the perfect tools to get you in your best shape ever.

So what is your outcome?

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 9:05 pm

So what is your outcome? What do you want?

We hear this quite often, don’t we? But what usually happens when we hear this?

Well the most common response for people who don’t get their results would be:

“Well I don’t want ‘x’ to happen”,
“I don’t want to stay in debt”
“I don’t want to be ill anymore”

I hear this all too often when coaching people and it’s a big problem in why the person hasn’t got the result the way they want it. Even if people say “I want to be well again as I hate being ill all the time” just thinking this will be a hindrance to your success. Why?

Well in order to achieve your outcomes or goals in life, you have to be focused on the end outcome or goal. However sentences like “I don’t want to stay in debt” focus on debt! And whatever your mind focuses on with consistency you attract in your life, it continues to expect and even looks out for it!

Imagine that sentence for one moment “I don’t want to stay in debt”, when you think about that now, what happens in your mind?

You may make a picture of being in debt
You may associate the bad feelings of being in debt for life i.e. fear, anxiety and unhappiness.
You may hear the words we were taught such as “Money doesn’t grow on trees you know!”, “We can’t all have money!”

Your mind will delete the ‘don’t’ and just make up a picture of ‘Stay in debt’, your hypnotising yourself with that suggestion with “I stay in debt!”

Now if you have one or all or more of these thoughts over a period of time, it naturally causes consistent bad feelings, and guess what the more negative thoughts and feelings you have it will produce limiting beliefs such as ‘Your right money doesn’t grow on trees, I will be in debt for ever, I give up!”

Henry Ford once said “Whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right”

This is so true. So what are you focusing on? Are you focusing on the lack of or the abundance of?

Now imagine if you will the thought “I am Healthy and Wealthy”

What happens? It’s a whole lot of new set of thoughts and feelings right?

You see a picture of you being healthy, and wealthy
That brings feelings of energy, security and happiness.
It may creates the words “I can, I will, I have”

Now even if in reality its not presently true, if you change your thoughts to be consistent like the above, it to will create new feelings, and over time will create strong empowering beliefs that will cause you mind and body to search for the answers and attract those people, relationships, health, wealth and happiness into your life.

What’s your outcome? And more importantly what’s your point of focus?

Dealing With Stress Before It Kills You

  • Posted on July 1, 2009 at 7:57 pm

One of the first steps in dealing with stress is to identify and acknowledge its existence in your life. By recognizing the symptoms of stress you may have you will more likely take the necessary action needed to control it. Signs such as irritability, fatigue, depression, or even lack of enthusiasm are stress signals you should not ignore!

Many people use denial when coping with stress but all this does is suppress and compound the inevitable negative effects it can have on you. What we wan to discuss here today is what we can do to relieve stress in order to maintain an emotionally and physically active and healthy lifestyle.

Here are 3 simple stress management techniques you can use starting today:

Finding an Outlet

The key to an effective outlet for stress is an activity you thoroughly enjoy. As a rule the more physical the activity the better.

The idea behind this is to focus on something other than the source of stress thus giving both the body and mind a break from the constant pressure you feel. When choosing something you really enjoy it makes it easier to maintain the routine.

Seek Out Time for Thought

At the very core of coping with stress is taking active measures to escape it clutches, even if it is only for a short period of time.

Giving yourself time to collect your thoughts, organize them, and put them in perspective is very important. This allows you to ‘get a handle’ on the whirlwind around you and put yourself back on course.

Most stress compounds within us due to the fact that we primarily ‘react’ to it in a more emotional state. Our ability to think clearly or logically in this state of mind is severely limited. In a more collective or calmer state of mind we are better able to rationalize and reason which enables us to regain control and minimize the stress.

Socialize

The obvious assumption here is that you will not socialize with those that bring you stress. Interact with those whose company either calm you or stimulates feelings of joy or happiness within you to minimize the level of stress you feel. Your involvement with them takes your mind off the stress that continues to attack it if you ALLOW it to.

Dealing with stress at it the earliest signs is best however the 3 stress management techniques we discussed above can be effective at any stage of it. As mentioned irritability, fatigue, lack of concentration and depression are all clear stress signals that need to be recognized and acknowledged. The earlier the better but it is never too late to take active measures to relieve stress. The benefits will lead to a happier and healthier life for you and those around you.
