i am 24, i moved into my new house in December, none of my eating or excersize habbits have changed, but i noticed ive been gaining a ton of weight!! i know that i drink a lot more water because the air in my house is REALLY dry, but everything else is the same!! im a bigger shirt size and a in bigger jeans now– you have no idea how disappointing it is to not be able to fit into any of your clothes anymore!!
I have a 2 yr old daughter but i lost all of my baby weight by last summer, and got back to being really skinny again, but why am i suddenly gaining so much weight?? even my boobs are picking up the weight. it’s everywhere– my arms, legs, stomach, boobs… everything is bigger
any ideas from what i just told you?
oh, and any time i eat ANYTHING, my stomach completely blows up like a balloon, and i feel totally full.
