Can I get his rights revoked?

I am 34 weeks pregnant, and am no longer with the father. He is a heroin addict who has been in and out of jail. He lives a scary lifetsyle and we are two completely different people. He claims he wants to be in his daughters life and tells me that I shouldn’t deprive him or her of that right. I am scared for the safety and well being of the baby if he is allowed visitation rights. He never sticks to his word and I am always let down when I need him to come through. He hasn’t helped me this entire pregnancy and just barely got a job for the first time in about 3 years. He has no motivation and his only priorities is friends and drugs. Is there a way that I can get his rights revoked and if there is should I? I want her to have a father but I feel that no father is better then a dead beat father. Please help!

License Revoked Driver Question. Comments Please?

My daughter 21, lets her BF 32 drive her car. His drivers license was REVOKED due to several DWI’s She frequently lets him drive her car. Sometimes he drives the car with their newborn child inside. QUESTION: If he is ever ‘pulled over’ by the police, is there a chance that he will be arrested and also WHAT would happen the the baby that is in the car. I discussed this with my daughter and she said that there would be ‘no problem at all’ to worry about. I just am not easy about this. Your comments appreciated.
Note: Daughter has the minimal amount of insurance available. She states that she is ‘fully insured’ and that the insurance company covers the BF too even though he is unlicensed.
Daughter is the sole title owner. It is in her name only.
