What’s a sample of a typical day’s worth of eats for your toddler?

How does your toddler (between 1 and 2 years old) eat? Could you please share a sample menu breakdown in the run of a day?

Here’s what my 12 month old daughter had today:

Breakfast: slice of toast, Cheerios, some mandarin orange slices, 1/2 a cup of high bush blueberries, a Yo Baby yogurt, 1/2 a scrambled egg, and some diluted apple juice.

Lunch: Homemade mac and cheese, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, baked ham and roasted turkey, some milk.

Snack: 1/2 an apple, a plum, 7 cherry tomatoes

Supper: 1/2 a cob of corn, a skewer of shish kabob (with green and red peppers, zucchini, chicken breast, and mushrooms), 1/2 a baked potato, strawberries, milk.

She hasn’t had an evening snack yet but will probably have something like dry cheerios or a rice cake.

She has a bottle in the morning and at bedtime, and drinks water on and off all day long.

So how about your kiddo?
I know it seems like a lot…she’s an incredible eater! She’s been self feeding since 7 months and still weighs only 19lbs, and is about 30″ long.

1. repairing a car that has been totaled
2. increase in insurance rates
3. hospital expenses
4. funeral arrangements
