For those who got sick after c section!?

I had an emergency c section on december 25th due to my daughter trying to come out shoulder first and me having a period like bleeding binge. It’s been almost three weeks since I have had it and have been sicker than ever. My incision is fine and I have had no pain out of having the c section, but it is like my digestive system is now off track. I thought I was comming down with the virus going around that was hurling and pooping, but I wasn’t hurling. I am never sick to my stomache until I need to pass a bowel movement. Is this normal or do I need to call my doctor? I am taking care of my daughter on my own right now due to my husband being out of town and it’s really hard with me feeling sick and I wanted to know if any other mother who had a c section had this same feeling. I was also having problems eating. It seemed like I didn’t want to and the thought of food made me want to hurl so I hardly ate for three-six days. I am where I can eat now, but it’s not much. Is this normal?
