Only while being intoxicated a Dad molests his daughter.
Daughter never told her Mom what was happening.
Mom sees Dad & daughter, in a dark garage & Dad is intoxicated.
Mom calls police & Daughter tells ALL to police.
Daughter syas that she didn’t want to tell Mom because of fear that Mom would be “MAD” at her. Dad denys that he ever did anything to Daughter. It is very hard for Mom. Mom does not know what realy happened. How many years could Dad go to jail for? Why would Dad only “molest ” daughter when he’s intoxicated? Is ther a posibility for psychiatric care for Dad & whole family & for things to go back to normal? Would it be a good choice to send Daughter to live with Aunt so she does not have to be in the same home with Dad? Will daughter ever trust Dad again? How long could the investigation process take?

Well, a investigation is going on about my husband molesting my daughter. From what I heard today, I think the detectives are thinking that he may or may not molested? And that if he did, then he was confused & thought it was Mom. Anyway, it’s been a week now & the kids are acting up REALY BADLY. They don’t listen & they cry for Dad & my 8 yr Old is starting to say that there is no Santa Claus & that I lied & I bought the x-mas clothes for them last year. I asked her why she was acting like that & I asked her if she wanted to talk or if she needed to tell me something. She also has been acting wierd by just screeming & saying that her neck hurts. There is a little rash on her neck & I put cream on it & she started to scream & STOMP the ground. Please help?
