At the weekend on Saturday I saw a cheap film called “The Corpse Grinders” so I bought it as a treat for my daughter because it sounded like the kind of weird creepy film that she likes.
Ever since she has been doing nothing much else other than watching it. Her friends have phoned the house to ask if she wanted to go out and she said no and that she was busy. I asked her why and she said that it was because she wanted to stay home and watch this movie!
She doesn’t seem to do much else apart from watching it and when she comes to eat dinner with us then she hardly ever speaks (she used to be talkative) and when she does, she just talks about the movie. I even caught her watching it very early in the morning (around 3am) the other day.
I haven’t seen this movie but I have only seen small clips of it while she was watching it. At one point I remember an image popping up shortly and dissapearing. If this is common in the movie then maybe it has addictive subliminal messages?
I even tried to take it away from her but she guarded that thing like it was her child
