Do You Think I Am An Alcoholic For Sure?

Just wondering what people thought. My daughter is now 14 months old, and after having her, I had post partum depression very severely, so I started drinking very heavily. I drank every night, for about six months straight, then I ended up getting pregnant with my 2nd child by accident. I’m not drinking now, but its been so hard. The drinking is all I ever think about. I miss it and crave it so bad. all I can think about is having the baby so I’m free to have a drink again. does this make me an alcoholic. maybe my drinking was purely situational, not me actually having a problem. but if I don’t have a problem, why can’t I stop this horrible craving to get drunk, and drink a lot. and please don’t judge or trash me. I am not a bad mom. I was getting help with my daughter a lot, the six months I was drinking. and now I’m sober. I am a good mother, I’m just stuck in a very bad position. This addiction is so strong. I feel like it controls me. also, how do I get help for this. counseling doesn’t work. I do not want to relapse after baby is born. thanks.
also, i am 32 weeks pregnant.

Wife is pregnant and we aren’t sure who the father is!?

My wife had an affair and is now pregnant. All calendars point to me as the father for timing, but there is a chance it is the other guys. We have decided to work out our problems and are NOT getting a divorce (please don’t even comment on this). This guy she had an affair with is wanting to have a paternity test done and we do not. If the tests show it is his, he wants his “rights”. We want to raise this child as it is ours (which it most likely is) and do not want any contact with him at all. Period. This guy is an alcoholic and has a DWI and multiple PIs (just getting one saturday night). He was on probation and violated that so he was supposed to go see his PO on Monday or Tuesday and failed to show. (he has six months left on probation). He will not leave my wife alone (comes to her work and calls her office). We want rid of this dirtbag! Is there any legal recourse (in Texas) to prevent this guy from getting custody or having a paternity test court ordered (please provide evidence of your explanation if possible)? We have been legally married for more than six years and have two daughters that are undoubtedly ours and want to protect them and the unborn child (6 wks along) at all costs. PLEASE HELP! Please refrain from making negative comments about my wife.
The way I see it is that it is mine and I am the daddy regardless of the sperm donor
Thank all of you for your input! We now understand that she should not have told him but did because she was scared to death. On the other hand we live in rural West Texas and he would have eventually put two and two together. He has no job (hasn’t for 3 years), lives with his mother, and has PTSD from being in Iraq with major anger issues (has not done anything to my wife).

I am 13 weeks pregnant and due for a termination this week and not sure..?

I changed my mind about another termination, just last week. I am at Uni and live with my dad and have no other family. I have no other children. I was heart broken when my boyfriend rejected me and slept with a friend and got pregnant. I don’t love the father or even respect him very much as he claims benefits on behalf of his daughter when she lives with his parents.

I have been binge drinking, taking drugs and smoking during those 13 weeks. I am very depressed as I had two miscarriages with my boyfriend and have lost my best friend and feel worthless. My pregnancy is all I have but I fear the dammage I may have caused. I don’t know what do to as I am nearing 31.

How can you know for sure if someone is doing cocaine when?

all the evidence I actually saw was two short thick straws and they were proped up in an ashtray. My daughter is dating a new guy and he is very private. I saw this at her apartment when she was gone.Now she is very moody and snaps at you, cries a lot and never comes around like she did.She is also loosing weight. Never has money and had to move to a one room apt. to pay her rent recently.She lies a lot and is always clinging to this new b.friend.How do I approach her and does someone addicted to crack need a treatment center to get off of it?

My daughter claims she is on Aderall. How can I test her to make sure she is not on methamphetamines instead?

I understand Aderall has emphatimes in it which on regular urine test it will show the same way as meth. Is there a test that would show the two drugs separately?
