Is it a lock up or am i going to be tested?

I been under alot of stress lately with personal issues i lost my daughter and my bestfriend then my sister recently so i turned back to heroin and my PO popped up today and ask me if im high cuz i look it and look at my arms and just told me she want to see me in her office tomorrow at 12:00. Im guessing she going to test me more likely or is she going to lock me up or something i am highly stressed out and just dont know and need some advice really. My po has been in the process finding me a center to help me but no word on it yet

During my divorce my ex husband who was on parole at the time tested positive for pot. He won. What do I do?

My ex filed for divorce after he got out of prison while my daughter was visiting him. He placed a restraining order against me so I couldn’t see her. I tried to get legal aide but there were no funds available so I represented myself. In court he tested positive for marijuana while on Parole. I have no record other than a DWI in 1998. My husband was awarded the right to designate where she lives and I got standard visitation. He continues to with hold visitation and has from the beginning. I have since moved several counties away and now want someone to review the facts of the case. The baliff testified and lied in court so I need someone out of that county to review everything.

Why is my recovering crack head daughter only drug tested once a month?

I just found out that my daughter has been addicted to crack 4 years.She had a miscarriage 1st,then had a baby boy die from unknown causes,& now I am the guardian of her daughter.She did intensive rehab & now is in outpatient group rehab.Even when I call her counselor & request that she be drug tested that week,my requests r ignored.My daughter says everyone in the group is tested the same week & only once a month.Doesn’t that mean that if she is tested the first week of the month & she knows that she is only tested once a month,she can pretty much smoke her brains out for the next 2 weeks because all the drugs will have flushed from her system by the next drug test?Baby’s daddy is in recovery 2,& has just started being allowed to come visit the baby.I know that my daughter & baby’s daddy r each other’s worst trigger..what can I do?Both signed consent 4 me to get information from their counselors,but you tell me if this drug testing is a waste of time?Do I have 2 test them myself?

Can I have my two and a half year old grand daughter tested for drug exposure?

Her mother got temporary custody during a divorce because she filed first. She is a known drug addict, crack, pills and pot and we fear that she is still using around the baby.
We have had wellness checks done by the local police several times and there was nothing found as far as the baby being in danger.
How can we have our grandchild checked to make sure that she is not exposed to drugs?

My newborn tested positive for cocaine. I don’t use drugs. What are ways for that to happen besides amoxicilli

CPS took my daughter from me because of the test result. I swear I’ve never touched cocaine before. The other sites I’ve been on say amoxicillin, liver disease, kidney disease, and diabetes can cause a false positive result. None of those apply to me. During my pregnancy I had 4 drug tests which came out negative. They won’t believe the no drug use theory. Somebody please help figure this out!! I would never endanger my child in this way. Isn’t there anything else that could create a false positive result?

Should I have been told by ER staff that my 14 yr old tested positive?

My daughter was hospitalized for depression/anxiety. This is her 4th hospitalization in less than 1 year. She has never experimented with street drugs, but of course has been routinely tested many times. When she’s stable, she is an active participant in her care and wants to get better. I am the mom of 4 and she is not the oldest. We are a close family and I’m an involved parent.
Over the weekend, she was not acting normally. She was under her doctor’s care and I was keeping her at home, while adjusting her anti-anxiety medication. The only outside person she saw over the weekend was her 14 yr old best friend. She had extreme mood swings for 3 days and became suicidal yesterday. I rushed her to the ER. She had been seen in ER Sunday night and by her doctor yesterday morning. We all assumed she had a rare adverse reaction to klonopin. It did not explain why she acted very up, stayed up all night Saturday, the mood swings were like watching someone who was bipolar. She is not bipolar. She was hearing voices on Sunday. Nothing made sense. Kind of, but looking back now (knowing what I know), there were pieces of the puzzle missing and no one questioned.
While waiting to transfer her to the admitting hospital, the ER ran routine drug screen, as expected. They generally say “everything is negative”. Well, they didn’t say anything about results. They did grill me for answers to generalized questions regarding sleep, mood, diet, etc…
I accidentally saw her lab results (which are usually in a sealed envelope – but this time it was not.) while looking for directions the ER usually sends with me.
It showed all results were negative, except 1 uncommon street drug. I started thinking the only person, outside of family who saw her over those days, was her best friend. I had no idea either girl was experimenting with something so serious, or that they had access.
I am pretty upset I wasn’t informed. How can I help her in the future if I’m kept in the dark? This drug could have EASILY killed her – especially with combination of the medications she already takes. It did make her suicidal. The other girl’s parents need to be notified as well. You can bet money I’ll be calling them. What was my daughter influenced to take? ECSTASY!
HELP!!! What would you do? Help me think!
Was the hospital required by law to inform me???

This was the first time she ever tried anything. She’s regularly drug tested routinely, because of her illness. She had blood tests last week – clean.
It’s extremely scary that privacy laws can also prevent me from helping her.
Thank God I know and now her counselors will be working with her specifically on this.
yes, I know it can be indicative of other drugs. Knowing what those are – that’s not what she took. She took the street drug. I know who gave it to her and who influenced her.

My sister tested positive for Methamphetamine by D.F.A.C.S. and I know she uses…?

My sister tested positive for methamphetamine. I know she is a user and I have tried to help her but I am done she has use for to long. My sister has 3 kids that are 10,12, & 14. I am sick of her using Meth she sells her food stamps and she has not been caught and her past drug test came up negative for any drugs until tonight when D.F.A.C.S. drug tester came by to give her a test she finally tested positive for it but very faint. The guy told her to drink lots of water and he would be back in the morning. 1st of all can he do that? I know it is wrong but I hope she gets caught. She needs help bad. She stays gone for days leaves her kids with me. Sells here only mean for food. And buys dope with her daughters S.S.I. check. She gets over $1200 a month and can’t make it month to month. She expects me to carry her slack. I feel bad most of the time and wind up feeding her & her kids but I put a stop to it this month. Am I a bad person? I feel bad cause her kids don’t have much I don’t have much myself but I will be damned if my kids don’t have food in there mouth. I don’t by my kids new clothes they get used things. My sister wont even make sure her kids have clean clothes for school in the mornings. Also her son was to start High school this year but it is now 3 weeks in the school year and he still has not started because she will not go sign him up. But she can leave all day long for drugs. To make matters worst for him he got a rash which looks like Poisson Ivy or something for over a week. He face is swollen an she wont take him to the hospital. She yells all the time screaming at the top of her lungs at my mother whom we live with. Call here and me every name in the book. On top of it all the house is a HOT MESS. She wont clean when she is high or sober. If she is not gone she always has people over here (her dope head friends). Her man is in jail for attacking me and she has different men that stay over for days. When she has men over or her friends she stays locked up in here room and does nothing for her kids. Every time they come to her door she slams the door on there face if they open it and tells to leave her the hell alone. To make matters worst her old old ex comes over and talks to my husband and me and he tells us all these things about her using her knee pads (his words). My old friend who does drugs with her tells me all these stories about my sister and sex for drugs. I am so done. Tell me am I a bad person for giving up on her? I have done what I can and she is dragging me down. I am trying to move out asap. Any advice?

My daughter is doing meth while pregnant & I want to know if baby will be tested when born for drugs.?

My 24 yr old daughter is hooked on crank. She already lost her 7yr old to CPS who put her in fostercare, then gave to her dad who she never saw since he was 1 because he beat my daughter.he’s the one who got my girl started on crank at 16. I raised grandchild 1st 2 years, but court says dad has right to her because now he test no meth in body, only pot and they say in calif that’s something they will work with him on. He just wanted out of paying child support. Now she is 7 months preg w/another baby and says oh baby is fine. But I think baby will test with crank in its system and CPS will take it too. SHe can’t take care of her self, I know that, but I am scared they put baby in foster care instead of giving to me to take care of. The CPS worker very mean and I think maybe I should get lawyer? Don’t know what to do, but want to know if baby will be born with drugs in system? This baby has dad in jail already for drugs too. My daughter trying to go to rehab, but none take CA Medical.
