If i got a ticket for driving with suspended licence and a child with not the proper restrain… ?

So we were coming home from my daughters god parents and my husband was drunk. So I decided to drive I was not gona let him drive like that. I had one ticket pending for not having a seat belt I got an extension for that ticket at the time of the court date I was in the hospital for about 2 month I had spine surgery viral menengitis and mrsa. So I am barely getting back on track I mean health wise so I didnt have time to clear that ticket so it turned to a warrent I had two tickets one day after another so I finally got around to clear one bcuz one is too expensive and two I was not too good health wise to be up and down. so now I have this one for the suspended licence and not the proper child restrain. so yesterday I went to court but aperently the court was floded and they gave me another court date but they send me to division 7 which is criminal..??? I mean is the first time i get a ticket for driving with suspended licence.. so why is it a misdemeanor??? and why criminal???? please help and explain it to me if any one knows??? will I go to jail???

Should I take my doctor paper work so when I was sick… would it matter…???
I had a child restrain only that it was not the proper one… I thought after 45 pounds it was the regular car seat not the 3 point one. SO the officer put not the proper child restrain…

“drinking in public” ticket?

My daughter age 21, received a “drinking in public” ticket in Monticello. She had been at a bar, and the girl driving received a DWI. In the car was beer cans on the floor, but they were old ones. But I was wondering, They did not give the people in the car a breathalyzer or any test, just gave them all a “drinking in public”. She wants to plead not guilty, do you think the court will dismiss it since there is no proof such as a breathalyzer test?
