How can I encourage my 6 yr. old daughter to be respectful towards her Grandma?

My mother is very critical and can be down right rude. She is a recovering alcoholic and now she is abusing pain killers (oxycotin) and ordering Phentermine off the internet. I found her stash and come to find out she has used my sisters maiden name, my name, and my best friends name. I cant stand to be around her. We always end up in a arguement. But I owe a lot to her because she has helped me out a great deal. She buys my daughter clothes every season and my mom and dad took her to DisneyLand for spring break. I just dont understand why my daughter is so cold towards my mother. I know she wasnt hurt her in anyway. and I think it has to do with me. Its probably my fault because when my mom gets nasty I will stand up for myself. Another reason I believe is when my mom and dad watched my daughter while I worked she spent a lot of time with them and my mom would always say to my dad to basically get out of the house with my daughter and go do something. Can a 2 year old pick up on
