Is it a crime if the victim is a felon?

After beating my daughter (not important). I witnessed a hit and run. The drive was clearly drunk. He hit a pole and fell out of his Geo Metro. I asked him if he was okay. He said yes. So I beat him senseless and left him unconscious in a gutter with a little present in his anus. Did I commit a crime or am I a hero? Ignore the first sentence. Wild Card Bitches.

Victim of hit and run unfair trial?

The defendaent Went free because their was no witnesses. The victim was drug and run over he was intoxicated and the driver was drinking hard liquor. The driver pulled a gun and was going to shoot him. Fled the scene. left him to die. He was not found guilty by a jury on any charges. One of the jurors raised the defendants lawyer the other juror was best friends with the defendants lawyers wife. The other two jurors daughters were best firends with the defendants lawers daughters. This trial to me was unjustified. What is your opinon?
