i was wrongfully accused of molesting a 16 year old girl, what can i do and what are my rights?

i was wrongfully accused of touching a 16 year old girl in her privates, none of this ever happen, they were intoxicated and my girlfriends daughter was the one that went on top of her not me and started kissing her, then she came out of the room crying saying that i did it, i was threaten by her family and i try to explain what really happen, well i had to move out not because of this but because of all the problems that this had caused,after a few months of not knowing what was going on i had a case worker coming and talking to me and they also ask the other people that were there that night, some of the other teens that were there said that that girl had been popping pills smoking weed and drinking, so after all this questioning the case worker said that i was going to get something in the mail that will let me know what was found, a few week later i received a letter saying that it was unfounded but i had to take classes if i wanted to be around her kids again, i refuse to take the classes not because of the money but because i felt that if i did so i would be considering myself guilty and i never touch that girl, she was almost like my other kids she came to the house at anytime and stay till she wanted, i am really devastated by this altercation and i do not know what to do, if there is anyone that has been wrongfully accused or knows anything about a case like this please i really need your help me and my girlfriend are trying to solve this but she said that if I’m around the kids unsupervised then DC FS will take her kids away, please help, I’m a single father of 2 boys (seven total with my girlfriends kids) i and would never hurt them in anyway, if there is a number or a chat line or anything where anyone can give me at least some advice i will really appreciate it, and please if you are here to make fun or to say something idiotic saved it, we are really hurting because of this,we now live in different houses but we want to be a family again……
